TLDR: customer orders roast beef sandwich, receives crazy mess, tells business, business threatens customer.I ordered from this restaurant via Uber Eats. I ordered a roast beef sandwich with a ham add-on. Sandwich is advertised to come with fresh lettuce and, in fact, roast beef.After receiving this order in such a state, and with my own background in food service, I felt it necessary to alert the shift manager. I called, he informed me he was too busy to hear my complaint, I said "I'm sorry [he] felt I didn't give him the opportunity to make it right". We hung up and I thought that was that. But the shift manager calls me back two minutes later, which I missed because I was instead trying to find an alternate meal in my home. I called them back and the shift manager proceeded to berate me for minutes on end. He insulted the fact I ordered a sandwich from a pizza place, the fact I ordered off an app and said I must be a loser, then culminated in him threatening me not to order from them again or he would hurt me.So yeah... Stay safe out there.

I really wanted to like it as the 5 star reviews all said how amazing it was, especially the dough. In my opinion, the dough is way too dense and thick. It's not airy enough or light enough that you'd want to have more. I would say I'm a pretty big eater, I can finish a whole medium box pizza if I'm hungry enough. Even regular crust pizza hut, Domino's etc, no problem as the dough didn't make me feel like I'm full after 2 pieces. Here? After two pieces I just couldn't stomach anymore. The dough was extremely chewy, to the point where by the second piece I was literally tired as I spent more time chewing than enjoying the flavors.I understand there is a thin crust option but that's gluten free. Have you tasted gluten free pizza? It tastes like cardboard. I would strongly suggest looking into your dough recipe, it's way too dense. I thought it might've been a one off with my pizza but nope, I ordered 2 mediums and the dough was the exact same density. Pizza has a strange phenomenon where after the first slice, you want more and you will eat more but here? Both times I simply just wanted to stop at the second piece as the chewing of the dough really just turned off the whole experience and simply made me feel full immediately.Again, I am for regular crust or thin crust, it doesn't matter to me. But this is not regular crust, this is DENSE to the point where you'd need more tomato sauce to make it more palatable and not feel like you're eating a thick loaf of dense bread with toppings on it. I'd love to give it another chance as I wanted to support local but it is hard to do when the not so amazing chain pizza place simply tastes better than this, in my opinion.

Premium Pizza is hands down the best pizza I've ever had!! The pizza is cooked to perfection and the toppings are fresh and extremely flavourful. To top that, my first order from Premium Pizza I was given a complimentary dessert. I ordered pickup and chatted a bit with the owner, he is very kind and dedicated to providing great pizza and great customer service. Since then I've had multiple pizzas from Premium Pizza and they never disappoint. Highly recommend. Pro tip: order direct from their website (or call) instead of Uber or Skip for much better deals.

My husband and I ordered pizza from here one day, and it was probably one of the best pizzas we've had. This is actually our favorite place to order. My husband gets the meat lovers pizza, and I get the vegetarian pizza, with a gluten-free crust or the cauliflower crust with dairy free cheese, to make it a vegan pizza. They have many different options of pizza. It's great for people who eat meat or people who are vegans. This is definitely our to go pizza place!!!

FANtastic Pizza and customer service. We recently discovered this place and have tried Tandoori paneer pizza with different sauce basis. My partner has tried Butter Chicken pizza. Their food is awesome!! The pizza dough taste a bit Italian which is super yummy!! They are not too heavy, so that helps with eating them in a healthy way. The crew that works there is always so nice. We got an opportunity to speak with them yesterday, very nice people ??For anyone looking to find authentic Paneer and Butter Chicken pizzas, this is THE place.

Got 3 pizzas last night mentioning, tandoori chicken , BBQ paneer and veggie , every other pizza was mouth watering than the previous , chicken was fresh , paneer gave a wonderful taste of sweet and delicious, veggie pizza was the best with olives and the sweet pineapple, bread was really fresh .keep it up guys cheers
