My niece and I visited today and ordered our drinks. While we were waiting and looking at the menu to see what else we could add (since we’re still new to bubble tea), one of the staff members told us to move. We were already standing to the side and not in anyone’s way — even the next customer didn’t seem bothered. However, he told us to move twice, and the second time he did so in a dismissive and disrespectful manner, even gesturing with his hands as if brushing us off. I actually found a picture from another Google review (I attached the screenshot) of the staff member it was, and I noticed other Google reviews mention similar experiences with the same person, which says a lot. In addition, when we were ordering and had a few questions, he was very short and dismissive, which made the experience less pleasant overall. I hope management can address this and remind staff to be more polite and patient — it really makes a difference in how welcome customers feel.

I always get my brown sugar pearl latte on this location, the taste is good but the white guy who’s taking order is rude!! Their pin pad machine is not working properly i tried to tap my card which i know i have money as it was my debit card. He can just say nicely like “do you want to try to tap your card again?” But hell no he said “do you have other card?” I told him that there’s a money on my card because i just used it and it’s a debit then he answered “it doesn’t matter what type of card it is if there’s no money on it, it will not gonna work!” I want to try to insert my card that moment but their machine don’t accept insert just only tap! It was a bad experience as a regular costumer!

My fav is the Panda Milk, but please don’t order from this location! I’ve tried it twice here, and both times it tasted awful. I agree with others about the poor customer service you can tell the staff, especially the person taking orders, doesn’t want to be there. They were rude and very slow. There are plenty of other options in the mall, so I recommend avoiding this bubble tea shop.

Worst customer service ever in this location. I ordered a drink without pearls, and the cashier took the order and added the pearls in the drink, saying that it is their store policy to pass the customer off. I would have given 0 stars if possible.

Another day, another bbt from Presotea! Today, i got the Okinawa milk tea with jelly boba. This was recommended to me by one of the workers there. It was on the sweeter side but good thing i got extra ice so i let the ice melt a little before finishing it. I come here regularly so the worker recommended me to get their points card so i can start collecting points haha 😂

Save yourself some trouble and find another store. It seems all the 1 star negative reviews are real. Experienced some first hand. I gave it a chance, always tip. My huge mistake.
