I had an amazing experience at Presotea today, thanks to Angela! Her customer service was outstanding – she was very sweet and friendly towards me.Angela went above and beyond to help me with my order, and I left feeling so good about the whole experience.

I come here almost every day!! the drinks are always fresh, they have a huge variety to choose from.The staff are super friendly and the atmosphere is so cozy. Easily my favourite boba spot.

I liked the bubble tea, but every time I come here the customer service is the worst, they don’t even have the basics of greeting your customers.

Absurdly expensive bubble tea for what it delivers. Also, it takes forever to get your order because there’s always only one attendant.

Called them to order for pick up and responded to me that they’re busy but when I got there were only 1-2 customers.

Slush less as and too icy.

They have a very good selection and I bought Chocolate slush and Pinacolada Slush. Very nice tast. I can say it’s almost the same quality as the bubble world (bit less thickness than the bubble world. But I’m not reducing a start for that small thing)

Overall this s a really good place for a bubble tea at King George. 1min walk from the sky train station.

Today I bought a brown sugar pear and a Milk tea Triple.
Brown sugar pearl was good. But Milk Tea Triple was terrible. Jelly s disgusting and feels like it’s expired.
We had the same from Chartime yesterday and it was amazing. That’s why we wanted to buy another today from ur place. But we’ll never buy again from PresoTea.

I went here because I wanted bubble waffle. The bubble waffle is tasteless. Bubble waffle should taste a bit sweet. I hope they add a bit of sweetness to the bubble waffle.

After waiting for twenty minutes for our takeout order under Fantuan, they still hadn't started preparing it. Then they claimed they needed to prioritize walk-in customers who arrived after us. Low efficiency, high prices, poor service—how dare they have the audacity to ask for tips on their POS machine?
