I enter and the guy standing right by the door was 'mixing' something while on his phone. It's pouring rain and cold so you can hear when the door opens but he's so deep into scrolling did not notice at all. I stood there for a bit looking at him and he's still standing a meter away, facing my direction scrolling on the phone. I just left

Ordered pickup from Fantuan today, staff called to confirm order and made recommendation about add-ons. All drinks were freshly made and tasty, hope they keep up the good work as business gets busier.

This was my first time at a Presotea. I really like the menu, there were lots of drinks I would have liked to try, and it’s great that they use real tea. I went with a purple yam genmaicha (oat) milk tea w/ red bean. It came to $8 after tax since oat milk is $.50 extra, the charge for the oat milk is acceptable (less than what most coffee shops charge) but I felt the drink was a little expensive for what it was. The tea was pretty good - it wasn’t super strong but the strength was sufficient for me, and I really liked the tender whole red beans, not pasty. The mashed purple yam, though, was nearly tasteless and oddly almost gelatinous. My takeaway from a single visit is that the tea is good, and the toppings may be hit or miss. I would avoid purple yam next time but am still curious to try more drinks if I find myself near a Presotea again. The shop has a single table, but is definitely geared towards grab and go. There’s plenty of places to sit in the hub outside. The barista was very nice and they get big bonus points for making the drink in the cup I brought.

Update: It seems they've switched to Earth's Own for oat milk (the regular one, not the barista version). It's better than Kirkland but still not great. It would be nice to see barista quality oat milk, otherwise customers should not have to pay extra for it.Also, I've noticed that quality isn't consistent -- when I order a hot tea, sometimes it's very hot with a strong tea flavour (which is how I like it) other times it's barely warm with a weak tea flavour. It's still my go-to spot since I work in the area, but I'd really love to see some small improvements.--Original review:Just started working in the area and am happy to have a Presotea so close. The owner seemed very sweet and passionate about what they do, which is why I hope I can improve this review in the future!I ordered a hojicha bubble tea with oat milk, which is my go-to order at any bbt shop that sells it. I quite liked the one I had at Presotea in Tsawwassen Mills. However, the one I had at this location was not good -- definitely not worth the $7 or $8 I paid for it.My first warning was seeing the carton of Kirkland oat milk -- the worst brand. It's too watery and has a strong nutty flavour that completely overwhelms whatever it's paired with. I also could not taste the hojicha tea at all; it was though they forgot to add it in. The only reason I didn't discard the drink was the pearls, which were great. If the owner reads this, I hope they'll know that I want them to succeed -- I'm a big bubble tea fan and would love to see them use a barista-quality oat milk (especially for the price of the drinks) and try brewing their hojicha tea stronger.Dietary restrictions: Oat milk

They would score the FIRST place for the WORST bubble tea shop in the whole of Canada.Very bad customer service and unprofessional.-They actually asked why you need a spoon, and can’t you use the one you have at home.Definitely not coming back.Unfortunately google has no ZERO star rating, and even if the food is really good bad service will make it worthless.

Be specific with your BBT, easy on the ice would mean almost no ice. Maybe see how much ice they put so you can say more or less. The store is right by the parking entrance which becomes hidden when taking the elevator.

Great to see a new bubble tea place in the neighborhood! They have a great selection of drinks and let you choose various ice options and sweetness levels. They have pretty extensive pearl alternatives (such as 3 different varieties of coconut jelly), which also double as ice cream toppings! This is because they also serve Mario's Gelati! PLUS they have bubble waffles! We had their Taro slush (w/Coconut Jelly) and their Milk Tea Triple Combo. Delicious!

Love the Okinawa cloud series drink. Wish they did promotions here n there. Bit expensive for buying regularly.
