Ordered a hard taco with guacamole for $0.50, the sales guy grabbed a spatula and swiped the bottom of the taco with the guacamole the size of a teaspoon, I said “is that the $0.50 guacamole?” And he said yes. I should just walked over to the produced store and grab an avocado. I asked for tap water and he said they don’t have cups.. I’m not coming to this food stall anymore.

Went for a burrito cuz they had an app offer of BOGO but the food wasn’t properly mixed and honestly felt like there was no protein m. Other they are cheating out with portions as I don’t remember this from previous times I have ordered or the person making them decided we didn’t need protein. It was very disappointing to say the least.

Horrible experience. I ordered two burritos with different proteins and they didn’t even labeled it for proteins. Don’t even know how to wrap the burritos. Will not recommend this place.

After a major catering disaster with Uber Eats and Mucho Burrito, Roz at Quesada Burrito saved the day! We work upstairs in the tenant towers and had 25 hungry guests. Despite Quesada usually needing 24-hour notice, Roz managed to pull together a large order within 45 minutes.

The food was amazing, the staff was understanding, and Roz was incredibly kind and efficient. As a frequent guest, I’ve always noticed her hard work, and this just reinforced how much we appreciate her dedication. Thank you, Roz, for stepping up and making our lunch stress-free!

I spent a decent amount of time waiting in line only to openly be ignored and told by the young indian lady at the register she wouldn't ring my order. She just said I had to order online when I asked about scanning the app(I was trying to order a regular burrito) then she just walked away from me and ignored me. I'm flabbergasted I hadn't even said two sentences after waiting in line for almost 10 minutes. Genuinely the worst service I've had in a long time and I'm truly appalled

The staff here are very rude, don't have proper knowledge of using the POS system and have zero customer handling knowledge. When we ask them to apply an offer, they just redeem the reward points instead of applying the offer. They play around the system and thinks it is fun and customers are of no value. I will not go there again unless the management starts training their staff properly.

I had a disappointing customer service experience at the Quesada Surrey Central location. While I was trying to redeem an offer in the app, the staff redeemed my loyalty points without my consent. The staff was neither knowledgeable nor cooperative, and her limited English communication skills made the situation even more frustrating. Overall, the experience was unpleasant, and I hope management takes steps to improve staff training and customer service. Until then, I won't recommend this location to anyone.
