Quesada Burritos & Tacos

The staff here are very rude, don't have proper knowledge of using the POS system and have zero customer handling knowledge. When we ask them to apply an offer, they just redeem the reward points instead of applying the offer. They play around the system and thinks it is fun and customers are of no value. I will not go there again unless the management starts training their staff properly.

I had a disappointing customer service experience at the Quesada Surrey Central location. While I was trying to redeem an offer in the app, the staff redeemed my loyalty points without my consent. The staff was neither knowledgeable nor cooperative, and her limited English communication skills made the situation even more frustrating. Overall, the experience was unpleasant, and I hope management takes steps to improve staff training and customer service. Until then, I won't recommend this location to anyone.

Worst service ever! The staff was very rude and should be taught how to be friendly with customers. No greetings, no please or thank you! Won’t recommend it to anyone! Please avoid and go to some other shop if you want friendly service!

Ordered today from Uber They did not put any sauce in it just dry rice and beans I even paid extra from sauce. Worst I had to order a new one from other location and Uber did not even refund me

Extremely rude staff, consistently across multiple occasions.

Roz was amazing and made a welcoming and fun environment. She recommended a new salsa and it was really good. I appreciate that. She was also friendly to her staff and another guest - asking him questions about his day and getting him feeling welcomed and heard

It was not good experience. I ordered veggies burrito . Burrito was not good in taste, Lettus was not fresh, veggies was not good.burrito was not even properly grilled . Overall burrito was to bad in taste. Would never try here.

I personally visit this site quite frequently. I see a picture of one of the employees on these reviews. First things, that should never be allowed. This is a safety issue. My personal experience here with the employee pictured is always excellent. She happens to be the employee that is there when I have my lunch. I do really enjoy their food but in particular she is always very informative of anything that is new and more than personable every time I visit. The management is also always more than happy to help. Staff in general have always been more than courteous and competent.

I came to this location to redeem an email offer on April 3rd for National burrito day. The service is horrible. The old white lady is rude and condescending. I ended up not buying anything and going somewhere else. Someone from corporate should secret shop her. She's the reason I will never go back to this location. I was able to redeem it immediately at another location. Pretty sad considering I eat at other locations at least once or twice a week

First time trying, staff were so lovely and the food was solid. We got the big ass burrito combo with the drunken chicken and a burrito bowl with pork. So good and so much! We only managed to finish half of each. Came out to just under $20pp. Great first experience!

The value is non existent, $1.50 for guac and it was less than a teaspoon worth for an entire burrito. Won't be back, will never recommend
