Staff not so welcoming. If you hate your job so much, leave. I am sure someone who needs and wants a job would have better customer service. I ordered online, yes I only gave a 10%. But for what? Doing your job. I guess I am the wrong kind of people? Why are you guys skimping on the chips now? And the burrito size?

I can’t believe how small the kids meal “burrito” was. The other cheese roll up was disgusting and hard. The adult regular burrito was good, but small too. For the price, I would not recommend this place. The portions are an absolute joke.

I went there and there debit machine was down which was fine ended up waiting 45min just for them to take my order then when i did start ordering i asked for cheese on mine and they gave me like a teaspoon of cheese and when i asked for a proper amount they said it would cost me $2 more and then when i asked for salsa they gave me less than a tea spoon and when i asked for a propper amount they said it would cosy extra iv been so many of these Quesadas and i have to say this one is the worst they gouge you for everything and try to give you the smallest amount of everything and then charge more

I recently placed an order that included a kids' meal, a quesadilla, and churros. Unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. The chicken was separating from the quesadilla, and the churros were dry and hard. Additionally, we ordered orange juice but were given apple juice instead, without any notification. My kids dislike apple juice, so I had to drive to Save-On to pick up orange juice.
I called to express my dissatisfaction and spoke with Dhaman, who prepared my order. She didn't seem to care about my concerns and claimed that the food was prepared according to company standards.
To top it off, the food was thrown into bags as if it were being given to beggars, and we were charged 25 cents for the bags. Overall, we paid $15 for this subpar meal. I believe it's reasonable to ask for a refund for this worthless food.

The absolute worst customer service at this location is from the girl named Riya.
This is my second experience with the same employee.
First time, she refused to give me a paper bag even after paying for it on the app (25 cents). When I asked her what was the 25 cents charge for, she shamelessly replied that it is for the tiny bag that Churros comes in with a smirk on the face.
Second time I come here, she starts the conversation again by asking "Do you want extra bag this time ?" I said no an proceeded to order, She puts tiniest amount of sauce in the taco, when I asked for more, she says it's extra charge for sauce ! I mean common at this point she is just trying to be nuisance to the customers as she thinks working at Quesada gives her some sort of power over the customers.
Owner of this location should do something about this. I will avoid this store until this girl keeps working here.
