I’ve tried multiple Quesada locations, but this one has been the worst experience so far. The veggies looked like they’d been sitting out since morning — not fresh at all. When I mentioned it, the staff member was rude instead of helping. 0 0 Definitely not coming back to this location.

I came to redeem a BOGO offer. The worker here said he’s new and doesn’t know how to redeem it. He refused to call anyone like a supervisor or manager to help. He said he’s alone in the store and I asked him how he can be left alone in the store if he’s a new worker and doesn’t know how to work the system. He kept telling me come back tomorrow, when there’s other workers. I asked the employers name and he refused to tell me saying it’s private. Then instead of helping me, he allows customers to sit in the dining area after it’s closed. He told them it’s closed but then said it’s ok for them. I think this worker might be racist. Incompetent staff who refuses to solve a problem

Moe and Taz are very rude. I am there regular customer but now I have decided to not to come back again. I saw a new face today, she is trying her best but both of them was literally scolding her without giving her time to digest previous things. They both are just Managers not the onwer but they think that they are onwer and can do anything.. in the end i suggest not to work with them both of them are getting arrogant day by day. I hope higher management work on this issue.

Just ordered a burrito bowl and tacos at the Quesada location across from Surrey Hospital. Excellent service, food was fresh and BONUS…when we enquired about gluten free the staff knew EXACTLY what we were talking about! Establishment was clean, portions were good. We will be back.

Had a great meal today with the great and fast service from the server name Jay and other staff is great too.
I recently purchased two veggie bowls from your branch. When I returned home, I noticed that both bowls had little to no sour cream, leaving them completely dry. I went back to the store to address the issue, but unfortunately, the staff responded rudely and unprofessionally. One employee even made an inappropriate remark, claiming that I was “blind,” before throwing me two packets of sour cream instead of properly correcting the order.
This experience was disappointing and not reflective of the quality or service I expect from your brand. I have attached a photo of the bowls for your reference — as you can see, there is hardly any sour cream visible.
I kindly request that you review this incident and take appropriate action to ensure better service in the future. I would also appreciate a replacement or refund for the unsatisfactory meal.

I just bought the Birria tacos and spent $22 in total on uber eats…..the portion size is diabolical…you get these three tacos with a fragment of meat in them…the flavour is 10/10 the portion size is 1/10…I feel like I just got scammed
