Service is terrible. These girls don’t seem to know what they are doing. Upon arriving, I waited at the counter for some time, expecting someone to assist me. However, no one came forward. I eventually approached two employees who confirmed that the restaurant was open, at which point I placed an order for a Chicken Quesadilla. Unfortunately, the food did not meet expectations. The quesadilla lacked flavor, and the chicken didn't taste well. I was particularly surprised by the addition of liquid sauces, which seemed to be an unconventional approach for a dish like quesadilla. I also provided feedback in the hope of finding a resolution, but was met with no solution. Total waste of money!!!

The service was extremely disappointing. There was no greeting for customers, and they seemed unsure of how to prepare burritos properly. The portions were incredibly small—my burrito looked tiny due to the lack of toppings. To make matters worse, the server struggled to wrap it, leaving one side open and leaking with just a thin line of two sauces. And the guacamole? I was charged extra for what was barely a smear. They didn’t even follow standard portion sizes. The toppings were mixed haphazardly, and as shown in my photo, each bite tasted different due to the uneven mix.

It looks like whoever made these tacos hates their life and their job, there was almost nothing in the shells we had to add our own ingredients to fill them up and there was the thinnest amount of salsa at the very bottom. The ingredients seemed fresh but that's probably the only plus with this order.
Dietary restrictions: Asked for 2 orders of black bean tacos with no cheese and only 1 came without.

I genuinely enjoy eating at Quesada but they are following chipotle’s trend of cheating on portions and charging extra for one tiny line (not even a full scoop) of meat and guacamole. Very embarrassing for a business.

I eat here a couple times a week. The crispiness of the vegetables on the cold table make my bowl complete. I like that I can ask for extra sauce on my bowl and not be charged for it. The food is fresh and full of flavor. Well done!

Pitiful portion compared to the location down the street, unit 12830. Literally bowl size was almost half of the other location. Will not be eating at this location ever again. Probably think they can minimize portions on uber orders. Disgusting.
I ordered 2 spicy chicken bowls and bowl were filled with mouldy food. I have made a complaint to Fraser health .

I recently visited Quesada and had an outstanding experience, thanks to Suman and Anmol. They truly know how to make the best food! Every dish I tried was flavorful, fresh, and perfectly prepared. Went there yesterday around 7pm. The lady at the counter looked so pissed off. Not even a Hi from her side. She had blunt expressions and rude voice. We ordered tacos, that were poorly made. I do eat quesada a lot, but never had such low qyality and quantity food. The tacos weren't even half filled. I would rather prefer going to some other location.
