Every time the owners train an Orientee, the serving portions are great and you leave the premises with a smile. But when the newbies do it, the serving portions are slapped with like 40% tariffs. Wish there was consistency.

Also, the after hours (1900) Burrito Meal DEAL is advertised as $14.29 (plus gst) which includes a Large Burrito, Chips with Salsa, and a Pop. It wouldn’t be much of a DEAL if there was a $1 extra/hidden charge for the chips bringing it up to $16.05. Please audit on this.

I had high hopes for Quesada, but sadly, it didn’t live up to the hype. I ordered a chicken burrito and some tacos, and everything tasted bland and under-seasoned. The rice was watery, the meat was dry, and the tortillas were borderline burnt. Even after adding salsa and hot sauce, there was barely any flavor. The owner/supervisor sounds rude sometimes

Nitish was very friendly and genuine. He seemed to really enjoy working here.
I like my burritos made in a specific way and so when I ordered, he made sure to make it exactly how I wanted it. I usually go to mucho burrito, but today’s experience with cuesada will make me come back again. I can’t wait to try the food!

I visited Quensda and absolutely loved it! The food tasted amazing—everything was full of flavour. The service was also really good. Special thanks to Nitish for being so helpful and kind. Highly recommend visiting!

i ordered last night from uber and legit bro legit the chicken was raw every bite i took i had to remove chicken just because it was raw, also everything was so less i felt like im eating rice beans in a burrito. Never ordering from this place again. Just fire the person who was working yesterday night, it is a health hazard, selling raw chicken.

I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment with a recent order I placed — a large vegan burrito. I specifically selected the option for refried beans, and the burrito was also labeled as a bean burrito, which clearly indicates that it should have contained visible beans.

However, when I opened the burrito, there were no visible beans at all — just a thin, paste-like substance that was barely noticeable. This is not what I expected from a bean burrito. I’ve ordered and enjoyed burritos countless times from other places, and I know what proper bean filling looks and tastes like. This was not it.

To make things worse, the customer service was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I called to explain the issue, I was asked to send a photo on WhatsApp, which I did. Instead of trying to understand my concern, the staff responded in a very dismissive and disrespectful tone, saying things like, “That’s the beans, it’s a paste — we’ve already sent proof to Uber Eats.”

The way I was spoken to made me feel like I was being treated as if I were ignorant or lying, just because I questioned the quality of the product I received. This kind of attitude is completely unacceptable. As a paying customer, I expected to be heard and treated with basic respect — not to be spoken to rudely or made to feel stupid for pointing out a genuine issue.

I love burritos and usually enjoy them twice a week, but this was by far the worst experience I’ve had — not just because of the poor quality of food, but also because of the unprofessional and insulting behavior of your staff.

I hope this feedback is taken seriously, both in terms of improving product consistency and training your staff on how to handle customer concerns with empathy and professionalism.

II went late in the night for some burritos, it was super good. Also, Nitish who was working there was vey kind & helpful in letting me know which burrito is good as this was my first time trying it. But, i must say it was worth eating. On top of it, Nitish’s kind behaviour made my whole day.

Service is terrible. These girls don’t seem to know what they are doing. Upon arriving, I waited at the counter for some time, expecting someone to assist me. However, no one came forward. I eventually approached two employees who confirmed that the restaurant was open, at which point I placed an order for a Chicken Quesadilla.
Unfortunately, the food did not meet expectations. The quesadilla lacked flavor, and the chicken didn't taste well. I was particularly surprised by the addition of liquid sauces, which seemed to be an unconventional approach for a dish like quesadilla. I also provided feedback in the hope of finding a resolution, but was met with no solution. Total waste of money!!!

The service was extremely disappointing. There was no greeting for customers, and they seemed unsure of how to prepare burritos properly. The portions were incredibly small—my burrito looked tiny due to the lack of toppings. To make matters worse, the server struggled to wrap it, leaving one side open and leaking with just a thin line of two sauces. And the guacamole? I was charged extra for what was barely a smear. They didn’t even follow standard portion sizes. The toppings were mixed haphazardly, and as shown in my photo, each bite tasted different due to the uneven mix.
