I ordered veggie sub and the girl she didn’t even changed the gloves after making chicken sub later on I requested for different sauce and veggies but she did according to her .when I asked her she was super rude and made her face of 100 types ( bad staff ) never go at this location if you want to enjoy your meal

Asked for a peppercorn steak sandwich with the lettuce and all. This is what I get. Literally asked me too if I wanted lettuce and tomatos and I said yes - sooo where did they go? My sandwich didn’t even look like this when I ordered it from the 152nd and highway 10 location (they’re 100x better). Dont bother going here, they also just squish your peppers into the wrapping.

I had ordered a Veggie Guacamole sub yesterday from Uber as I’m not feeling too well so figured Uber eats would be the best bet. Took a few bites of the sandwich and there was a BLACK HAIR baked in the bun. So this is not a store issue but where the buns come from. I have reached out to Uber Eats but no response yet. Tried to go on Quiznos website to contact but I couldn’t click the link. Called the store; no response. So I have had no successful interaction with anyone that can acknowledge the issue. Which led me to write this review because this is a health/contamination issue. I’ve been coming here for 20 years, nothing like this has ever happened before. And it’s unfortunate that it did.

I don’t know why but this Quiznos tastes a lot better than others. I always try to come to this location when possible. I always get the peppercorn steak on sesame.
When i asked the Big lady who made my sub if I could get the green peppers they give on the side. She gave me attitude and said i put them inside. When they were not. I think she takes them home.

Tell your employee to lower some attitude and respond appropriately with some smile. That will help specifically to the girl working there on Dec 4,2023 evening. She took my order with stupid attitude coz I just asked her question about chicken sandwich as I am new to the Quiznos. Also I guess she has some hearing problems coz she can’t hear at once I thought I was speaking slow but she was same with the next customer. 2nd girl was fine, this was the healthiest one (just to differentiate). And she made the worst sandwich I have ever had. Thank you!

Well, reason for the little lower star is. They always seem to miss something that I request. Gets frustrating after so many times. This being said, when I go in and not Uber it, itis always great. Either way the sandwiches are delicious and fresh. Just need to listen/read what customers want.Summed up, yes I will eat here again, many times. Just try and listen/read a little more what tue customer wants.
