I order online takeout the Classic Lobster and it has literally two ingredients lettuce and lobster-seafood. When i got home it was missing the lettuce. I took the sub back and the girl was so arrogant and said this is how we make. What a shame. I showed her online menu and showed the ingredients listed but she was adamant on “ this is how we make”. Very incompetent and undertrained staff.I just review your reply. Please not that IT WAS NOT A FREE SUB. I PAID FOR IT. YOUR EMPLOYEE REPLACED THE WRONG ONE. THE FACT THAT I HAD TO COME TO YOUR SHOP "TWICE" TO GET A SUB WITH ONLY 2 INGREDIENTS AND YOU DEFENDING IT SHOWS THE REASON WHY YOU HAVE 3.7 RATING ON GOOGLE. I WISH I COULD LEAVE YOU GUYS A NEGATIVE STAR. BUT GOOD YOU THAT GOOGLE DOESN'T HAVE THAT OPTION.
