If i could give negative stars i would. Do not go to this location. BRUTAL SERVICE. I went today to order a sub. Stood there for about 5 min before the employee asked if i needed anything, she was behind the counter, no one else in the store. I had to tell the employee my order mroe than 5 times, each time it got messed up. Finally i asked why they just couldnt make the sub and as they made it i could just tell her what i wanted on it as it was being made they why she didnt had to enter it into the cash register; which the employee demonstrated they coulsnt perform that task. Then the emplyee got mad so i just left.
You guys are absolutely failing your customers

Ordered a Large sub. Customized to how I want it... came home. Took a bit of the sub and found a long thick black hair hanging out the sub. Photo attached. Called back and got some horrible customer service... didnt want to refund or make a new one for me. Will not be going back.

I had a great experience at Quiznos South Surrey. The restaurant is very clean, and the service is good. Suvidha made our sandwiches with care and attention. She worked hard to make sure everything was perfect for us. I really recommend this location!
