Bought 1 piece fish and chips for &15.49. The fish was literally a small rectangular brick, astonishingly like a frozen Captain Highliner's pub style battered haddock. The tartar sauce was Kraft brand. A sad joke!

Clearly the owners running this business onⵏγ ⲥaⲅes aboυt getting moneγ fⲅⲟm toυⲅists. Last week we ordered a lot of fοοd, theγ don't cⵏean theiⲅ cooking utensils and probably the kitchen as well. They don't eveⲅ change theiⲅ oil to save moneγ. Food was the most disgυsting I've eveⲅ tⲅied at anγ food ρⵏαce!!

This place is ♿ completely wheelchair accessible, with very open service areas and large open windows that are slid all the way across from floor to ceiling.
Wheelchair accessibility: Completely open doorways (sliding glass doors that are 10 feet plus wide) that are open all day!

I wouldn’t to eat here any more the service is so bad . They have a hearing problem they can’t differentiate fish and chips from chicken and chips.And they would not to change it .

Old man don't understand the order properly. When you you go back to him after receiving order, you can't win him. On my 2nd visit I saw same thing happening with other customer. And I talked to him that this was happened to me yesterday. This area is kind of tourist place, so not repeated customers. Every day new customers so this business kept running because of location.

I made the mistake of ordering the pistachio almond ice cream. I should’ve known better when I saw the colour of it was a synthetic neon green. Worst pistachio ice cream of my life- it didn’t even taste like pistachio whatsoever. I had a bite and went back to ask if I could have a different flavour because it was disgusting, and the man at the counter told me that they’d “never had a problem” with the pistachio. Clearly no pride in their products or service- just a sad place that cares more about the bottom line than the food they serve. Avoid or at least get a different flavour.
