Man this place has gone down hill. The beer is still great, by the food and service has taken a huge hit. It's clear that most of the good people have gone. The chef has no creativity or imagination. The menu used to be more exiting and had passion behind it.

This was our first visit to the restaurant and the experience was disappointing. Had a friendly greeting when we arrived and were seated promptly, however, after receiving the food no one ever came to check on us to see/ask if we needed anything (another beer, more water etc.). From our seats on the patio we needed to go inside to ask for ice, for the bill, and for takeaway boxes. The chicken wings and beer battered fries were very good. The rest of the food wasn’t great. The pulled pork sandwich and sauce were bland and there wasn’t much meat in the brisket sandwich.

Ordered 2 poutine for a friend and myself. When order arrived from a very unhappy looking server, we noticed one order had lots of bacon, and the other had a few scraps. The gravy was scant, and this being our first try at Red Racer, it was a very poor impression. Neither of us was impressed by the service or offerings.

Great quesadilla and yummy beer. Cook even checked in to see that I had enjoyed the food. Perfect spot to stop before hitting Tsawassen ferry.
