Terrible customer service, food quality has gone downhill. Never order takeout, the order is never ready when promised, and management does not handle the situation well. The food quality is not what it used to be either. Long gone are the days of the "Home of the Smiling Burger", which is a shame. They used to have such high standards. Not so much anymore. The "five foot rule" also seems to have gone by the wayside, as often the floors are not clean when I have gone in. Overall disappointing. I gave one star, as it wouldn't let me leave zero stars.

We went last night, April 30. My daughter and my wife were happy their delicious burger and the whisky river wrap. Except the gourmet burger (Red Robin something) were overcook and burn on the side from the grill. It was not juicy.The unlimited fries were good.

I was pretty disappointed in our experience tonight I picked this place to celebrate my granddaughter 11 birthday Our food was wrong my burger patty was cut in half and then placed on the bun my daughter said no sauce and there was mayo on it and the kick off was they couldn’t sing happy birthday to my granddaughter cause they were short staffed Which I get however a happy birthday from the server would of been nice Didn’t expect her to sing but at least acknowledge it The bussers clean the tables but they don’t pick anything up off the floors so there’s straws and napkins and foodIt’s actually sad cause this was always one of our family favs No more we might try the Langley location

now days you go into some restaurants I seen and noticed Some waitresses, not all won't attend to their customers. It feels like they're just there for the money. Our waitress that we had was phenomenal. Very attentive to the customer address. The needs in a timely manner. Though it was very busy, she did a fantastic job.

Let's start with the ambiance: imagine dining in a place where the only thing more bitter than the coffee is the management. The lack of professionalism is palpable, and it's no wonder considering the circus of egos parading around in the guise of managers.Oh, and let's not forget the pièce de résistance: the firing. Apparently, being efficient, punctual, and dedicated to the job isn't enough to save you from the whims of their incompetent management. But hey, who needs reasons when you can just toss out hardworking employees like yesterday's leftovers, right? Oh, and let's not forget the cherry on top of this excrement sundae: racism. Yes, you heard it right. The management's decision to terminate my employment seemed less about my performance and more about their own prejudice and internal squabbles.So, if you enjoy dining on disappointment and supporting establishments that treat their employees like disposable napkins, by all means, give it a try. But if you have an ounce of self-respect and decency, do yourself a favor and take your appetite elsewhere.

Sorta disappointed. Red Robin used to be a place where you could go and have a good time. The front of house is very disorganized. We had 3 different people tell us 'just a minute'. Finally, a young lady in a Nike shirt sat us down. Our sever seemed like wasn't really interested in being there. He took our order, brought our drinks and he dissappeard. We got our appetizer, and less than 10 minutes later, our entrée arrived. We didn't have time to get through half of our appetizer. Our server brought us 1 drink refill, and we didn't see him until we were finished. Our table was not cleared at all, even our appy dishes. We were seated in the lounge, and there were only 3 tables seated. It wasn't very busy. Red Robin used to be a great place to go. The atmosphere, the decor, but especially the staff. It seems this particular restaurant lacks this feeling. Definitely not what it used to be.
First time here. Was impressed with how good everything hing was. A lot of food for your dollar!Loved the unlimited fries, drinks, salad and broccoli.Waitress was so nice. Will definitely be back.

15 mins waiting before I asked for a server, didn’t get menus and then was asked what we wanted to order. Witnessed another lady in the lounge ask someone if anyone worked there, several people running around but yet horrible service at 1 pm and hardly any customers

I went with my wife and friends to the restaurant located in Guildford-Surrey, luckily we made an appointment and had no problems with the 3-5' wait while they prepared our table. Ana's service was amazing, she explained us clearly, received our questions, and an extra point, she tried to communicate in our language as she perceived that we were Latinos. The burgers were what we expected.
