My office just called this restaurant to order food for a Christmas party. We were about to spend at least $500 on food. We called to inquire about timing. The lady that answered the phone was rude and horrible to deal with. We understand she was the owner. The lady stated that we were wasting her time. We will never order from this restaurant again. Horrible phone manners. I cannot understand why this lady acted this way. Zero for service. This lady should be fired for her inappropriate conduct.

We enjoyed a party catered by Red Rose last night. The food was delicious. We had 23 people and everyone enjoyed the food. The price was very reasonable. The portions were generous in size. I would recommend Red Rose. I will be ordering here again in the future. We had Chicken Souvlaki, rice pilaf, potato, greek salad, pita bread and Tsatziki. All very tasty.

We come here with my in laws. It is their favorite restaurant. I love the lamb souvlaki. The place is clean , the service is pleasant and everything we tried on the menu has been very good.
I would give a zero if I could. I walked in at 3pm on Saturday afternoon the restaurant completely empty. I was ignored by hostess/server She then proceeded to tell a takeout order on the phone how busy they were and she doubted they would get food on top. Honestly it was terrible customer service. She gave me a dinner menu and refused to give me a lunch menu or let me order a sandwich. It was 3 pm. There are too many good places with better service for me to ever go back. I have been there at least 100 times but it’s clearly changed. AVOID

I called and asked if they were hiring before I came in person to not waste their time. The worker hung up immediately. No explanation. Called again, as soon as they heard my voice hung up again. How can I contact you?
Food was great flavor. Slopped onto a plate so. But so unfriendly and uninvited when we walked in. We brought deserts in for my birthday and also had bought a piece of cake on menu AND was told that they would charge us extra for bringing in a cake if we ate the others. They saw the present and the cake box and saw opening of the gifts and the singing of the cake prior to taking out the other and there was nothing reciprocating any gesture. The waitress after paying the bill as an after thought says happy birthday. If the atmosphere was not so stuck up I would of rated it higher

I just discovered this place near my house. Relative had recommended. First night we ordered the Greek Dinner for a big family dinner and everything was delicious and 2nd night another restaurant dropped the ball and put chicken in our veggie pasta and Red Rose staff helped me out with a large tray of Veggie pasta in about 40 minutes! Thank you Thank you! 🙏🏽 I am definitely a regular customer now.

I was surprised how bright this place was. from the street it doesn't show. I was also surprised how SLOW the service was, it was towards the end of the evening and it looked like they had lots of take out. and one waitress was trying to get out. waited forever to 2-3 times, and I was in the corner, looking out waving all 3 times. the food was OK , nothing spectacular. maybe the take out makes it better

Wonderful. Will definitely be back. The portions are huge. We got the kids spaghetti and a kids lasagna. Both $8 and comes with garlic bread and includes a drink. (See the pictures. Huge!) Also got a platter for two. Saganaki and calamari to start for the table. Also delicious! Highly recommend. Also passed other patrons dishes that looked and smelled equally as good.
