Just came here twice. The coffee and the staff were great. On the the other hand, the food on display is not appalling at all.

The Coffee ain't worth anything

We ordered Breve Latte - large, and pumpkin spiced latte - small.

A few observations:
- It was quite a let down to see it being served in chipped cup. This cup should be discarded.
- we ordered small, and was served/ charged for large. Overall drink was on a ‘too sweet’ scale, after requesting no sugar.
- Breve latte was requested to be strong although with large size the coffee itself seemed less strong, was not crafted to suit the strength/ taste - indicated lack of finesse.

Overall a very bittersweet coffee experience - but must mention the seatings are quite lovely!

We only bought some different beans by Republica, and we haven’t purchased coffee in-store or used their café services, so I can’t comment meaningfully on the service or atmosphere.

However, my father is a big coffee enthusiast. He grinds and brews his own coffee daily, and he has already tried Republica’s beans from different regions. We’ve also tested beans from four or five other roasters across Greater Vancouver.

So far, Republica’s beans stand out as having the BEST ROASTING quality, being the FRESHEST, and also the most reasonably priced in Metro.

If you’re open to enjoying different types of coffee beans, I’d highly recommend taking advantage of their weekly coffee bean sales and you can buy with full confidence.

Ordered lemonade and watched them fill a cup with a few squirts of flavour and add all tap water, not at all real lemonade. Super watered down and tasteless :(

Super rude barista, it’s an early morning for everyone and there’s no need to be so condescending and rude.
