We went there the other day as the Fort Langley store was closed due to renovations. We always buy the Pan America. The coffee is great and reasonably priced. Gonzalo is amazing and very customer orientated.
Nicely designed shop, very warm feel. Wifi available. Most seats don’t have outlets. Offering mugs for dining in instead of only disposable cups would improve the experience. The barista was super friendly and was patient while I was deciding what to order and then digging in my bag for my mug.

Chai latte tasted so strange? Almost chemical-y? I ended up dumping it because of how off putting whatever the aftertaste was - I’ve never had a chai latte taste like that before. However, the bistro ham and swiss sandwich was great, though!!edit: went again for a second time and tried the matcha hoping for a different experience than the chai, but unfortunately the matcha also tastes like a cheap grade and the vanilla syrup was very overpowering and artificial tasting - sandwiches...
