I'm staying at the Ramada while here working from the states. I eat a Ricky's alot. It's convenient but also has really good food. I've tried a little bit of everything but my favorite is the meatloaf with the hunter sauce is awesome. Super nice employees. I would recommend this location to anyone. It has a bar for drinks with dinner or great to take back to the room. My go to place here in Surrey, Canada.
Three of our group try the pulled pork soup. None of them enjoyed it. One comment was that it was acidic. I had the California Chicken sandwich on a gluten-free bun which was very tasty.
Customer service is great fast and helpful food was poor not very good at all cold coming out got my food replaced it was something just made with cheese potatoes were not cooked not happy
Worst Ricky's ever. Heat up sausage from previous day, food is the worst I had in decades. Service was just ok. Restaurant is dirty with fruit/drain flies
After I had the tomato soup I had weirdly good luck for like two weeks so I'd recommend it.
Food came out in good time, but was not completed, and cold. Service was fine but slow. Overall disappointing

There's something wrong with the service here. When we were shown to our table, no one handed us the menu. Few minutes had passed and still no menu. We had to get it ourselves. Seconds later, a server came, wondering if we were ready to order. (We would have been ready if we had the menu earlier.) It would be understandable if the place was busy. However, there was only us and another guest.
Good spot. Fabulous food! Only downfall was the service, very slow. And only 3 customers for 2 waitresses. That is why I didn't give the 5th star.
My breakfast spot close to work! The morning food is just right. The poor waitress seems a bit overworked though sometimes but she does her best to get everyone served in a fair order.

I used to love the ABC country restaurant chain, but since it has switched over to Ricky's, it seems to have lost something.
Tammy was amazing, great service with a beautiful smile . we will be coming back.
Had a terrible experience at this location. Ordered the pierogie sausage for breakfast, it come out absolutely cold. Luke warm at best, eggs were gross and cold. They reheated the plate instead of making it new and there was nothing deducted from the bill for this poor quality of food.
