I visited Royal Paan today and had an extremely disappointing experience. I ordered cold coco, tea, dosa, and ragda patties. A staff member brought the dosa and ragda patties but took a long time to bring the sauces that go with them. I requested that the drinks be served together with the food, but she brought only the tea, which was tasteless and lacked sugar. She didn’t provide extra sugar or offer any solution.
The other drink I ordered was completely forgotten. After finishing my meal, I asked about it, and she admitted to putting in the wrong order. Surprisingly, she brought the correct drink within a minute, which made it clear there was no valid reason for the delay. When I asked to speak with a manager, she claimed there wasn’t one available.
To top it off, I was overcharged by $1, which she promised to refund but never did. Overall, I felt like $40 went straight to waste. The service was disorganized, unprofessional, and frustrating. I’ll never visit this place again.

Whatever you do, don’t order chai here. It sucks. It is supposed to be masala chai, I could not taste ANY masala at all. Basically milk and black tea devoid of any taste, had to dump 3 sugar packets to get over the bitterness

Employees should mind their own business and stop giving unnecessary creepy stares at people. It made me feel very uncomfortable with those stares and chose to take out instead dining in. Do better!!
