Pack-POG Milshake IPA 4 X 473mL
The inspiration for this beer came decades ago, with our brewers sitting on the floor surrounded by juice bottles and cardboard discs. "How could we possibly make a tropical explosion of fruit into a tasty beverage for beer lovers?", they wondered. And so, in true Russell fashion, the POG Milkshake IPA was born. A concoction of Passionfruit, Orange, and Guava provides tropical splashes to your palate, with lactose giving additional sweetness and body.
Pack-Mango bubble tea ale X 473mL
Earlier this year, the Russell brew team collaborated on a pilot batch with the production team to create a bubble tea-inspired beer. The final product was so exquisite that they determined that it had to be scaled up and shared with the rest of the world. This fruited wheat ale hits your tastebuds with loads of mango and strawberry purée, a pleasant flavor of black tea, and a sweet and full body from additions of milk sugar. While it won't be served in a cellophane-wrapped cup with a straw or tapioca balls, we think it will satisfy anyone hooked on the bubble tea craze.

Sweet and crisp barley nectar featuring the work of local surrey honeybees. We added a variety of light and toasted specialty malts, Czech hops, and 10 kilograms of honey per brew. Pleasant aromas of toasted bread and caramel, as well as subtle floral flavor, are met with a light and drinkable body.

Our core new england inspired IPA packs a punch of flavor, body, and hop aroma. We use a grain bill of flaked and malted oats to ensure a beautiful haze, as well as big hop additions of Citra, Simcoe, ekuanot, and Simcoe, producing notes of citrus zest, papaya, and stone fruit.

Easter promises always rings true and this beer is no exception. A classic bohemian Czech-style pilsner. Golden hue, rich and complex malt backbone from superior pilsner, caramel Vienna, and Munich malts. Spicy bitter and floral finish from noble saaz hops. Expertly crafted using Czech brewing traditions aiming to make the town of Pilsner proud.

This hazeless IPA is loaded with chinook, VIC secret, citra, and el dorado hops.
Pack-Pale Ale 6 X 355mL
This is our take on an english pale ale. A malty backbone of Munich, biscuit, and honey malt gives this beer a rich body and a generous whirlpool addition of Amarillo hops round it out with a distinct bouquet of tangerine, lemons, and apricots.

I had the pleasure of visiting this establishment in late July as part of an educational field trip focused on craft beer production. The experience was both enjoyable and enlightening. Manager Sue was exceptionally welcoming, taking the time to guide us through the brewery and introduce us to the ingredients used in the brewing process. The food was beautifully presented and tasted just as impressive. It was a thoroughly informative visit, and I would gladly return to explore...

I found this hidden gem in Surrey and I will definitely be back. Friendly service, clean and great food! Big Mexican menu and amazing selection of craft beers. Wish I knew about this place sooner. 🍺

I always have a great experience in the Tasting Room. The beers are fresh and tasty. The staff is always friendly and attentive, in particular Sue, she always greets me with a smile and let's me know the new beers that they've just tapped. I'll be visiting again soon! Cheers!
