The food tasted good and while I was there the service was good, but I got food poisoning that night, I called two days later to tell the manager and she didn’t seem to believe me or be very concerned that they could be serving contaminated food, that is the reason for the poor rating.

Watch your Bill's everyone I was with. Told me to keep track of everything. Like it's a regular thing to get ripped off one way or another at this establishment.Some how the waitress added 100 dollars to my tab. At first i thought i just paid for the table. But later on that night when I asked my buddy for his half the he gave me his receipt & he paid for his. Waitress kept my receipt.So she added herself an extra just over 100$ to both our tips!Doubled my bill on me with a wave of my tap card.Contacted rusty's staff days later after contacting my bank etc. They sounded understanding & willing to solve it but never contacted me back.Everything seemed great but are u willing to get ripped off for that now a days???

It just wasn't that exciting ? maybe we went to early.It's a beautiful place nice people, nice service. It's bit pricey.
First time here, wow! Highly recommend. Had Belinda for a server. She made the experience so much better. Super attentive and pleasant.We had the appy platter and it was a great variety.Kids are welcome and they had a blast talking to the staff.There is lots of things I would try on the menu and it was all around a good visit.Very decent prices. We went at happy hour and it was cozy and warm.

Opening night for their rebrand was fun, but don't label it as a "country bar" if you are going to have club pop/hip hop music playing for half the night?. There was a long wait to get in but that was expected with the hundreds who showed up for opening night. Good vibes.

Go to this place with my family for years now and went to their "rebranding" opening night. Complete fail on them. Don't share on social media to get there as early as you can to just not let anyone in for over 3 hours and have them stand in the rain. Its just a pub shouldn't have to wait like that in

Food was alright but overall could not wish it on my worst enemy. The second it went from dinner service to after hours the replacement staff were unbearable, from rude behaviour to downright unwarranted aggression. Waste of time and money, don’t bother if you’re new to the area.
