On the positive side, food was good, and menu selection was impressive! Lots of vegetarian and vegan options. Friendly staff. Interesting ceilings, and booths resemble an old-time diner.
Ways they could improve: Food took a very long time to come out on a Friday night they weren’t very busy.
3 of 4 stars (since Happy Cow only lets us rate fully-vegan places as 5 stars).

Food here is top notch. We tried North Indian and South Indian dishes, and they were all really good. Would recommend the tomato rice and dal makhni. They have a separate section for gluten free items on the menu.
The staff are attentive and service is prompt.
Great for small groups, family friendly, with decent amount of seating and easy parking.

Amazing experience as always! Delicious food! Our mom just visited the restaurant for the first time she is visiting from India, and she loved the food! Considering all the food was without onion and garlic, it has been an amazing experience all together.

I got makki ki roti with methi and mooli, and t was soooo goood, I was looking for such taste in Surrey and could never find it until today at Satya Asha I saw it in the menu. Ended up getting an extra parantha because how yummy and fresh it was. So WORTH IT ❤️❤️

According to me they have the best aalu prothe in the city I go almost every week and they never disappoint with flavors and service if you're looking for homelike taste and freshness this is the place. Will keep visiting and recommending everyone to give it a try if you haven't.
I went to Satya Asha and asked for a dosa, but the uncle who owns the place politely said to try it another day because of the Navratri rush. When I went back again, he still remembered my request for the dosa — such a sweet gesture! The Navratri thali was absolutely delicious, and the food overall was amazing.
