I’ve been a loyal customer for years, but my recent visit was extremely disappointing. The pizza arrived cold, and when I tried to get help, the staff and manager were rude. They told me, “We’re not sure, we’re not responsible, that’s not our duty,” which felt dismissive and unprofessional.
It’s frustrating to be treated this way after being a long-time customer. I hope they work on improving both their food quality and customer service.

The manager was unhelpful and dismissive when I mentioned that my pizza arrived cold, and the staff didn’t seem interested in fixing the problem either. The customer service felt careless, and the quality of the food has clearly gone downhill. It’s frustrating to see a place I used to enjoy become so unprofessional and unorganized. Based on this experience, I would strongly recommend avoiding this location until they make serious improvements.

The staff followed the same attitude, which made the whole place feel unorganized and uncaring. The pizza itself was cold, poorly made, and definitely not worth the price. Overall, between the unfriendly customer service, the manager’s lack of professionalism, and the low-quality food, this was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had, and I don’t plan on returning unless major changes are made.

I ordered a pizza and it was completely cold and stale—totally unacceptable. We live near 72 Ave and 132 Street, only a few minutes away, and this has never happened before. When we arrived to pick up the order, the staff member even told us it was Tandoori Chicken. We had to remind her that we are vegetarian and ordered Paneer, and only then did she correct herself. That alone shows the order was not prepared fresh. It felt like a complete waste of $30 and ruined our weekend after a long, busy week. When we called to complain and asked for a replacement, we were told nothing could be done, as if losing a almost 3 years old regular customer didn’t matter. We order every Saturday, and this experience completely disrupted our routine. The manager or staff member who answered was extremely rude. This happened on December 6, 2025, around 9 PM.
Overall, they ruined our pizza night , staff is not interested to work, and the entire experience was deeply disappointing.

Today , i have ordered a pizza from this location after a year ago and found a hair from it , i called them , the lady who was working there, asked me to bring a slice so they can share with their team and will work on it. They exchanged our order with someone's else. Didn't even agreed to return or refund. Even denying that they have made a mistake. The girl who was taking orders said that we can't return or refund any order because it's against our policy.
