thay charge 15% service fee itself !!!Ridiculous! Never ever again!!!
Gratuity is affecting the survival of the restaurant, this one give you choice of “add a tips” 15% if you think this is a good service; then 18%, then 20% and 25% if you think this is excellent. This is a Korean BBQ outfit, and you go get the meat, cook by yourself, and the service is minimal. I gave the 15% gratuity and the manageress refrained from saying “thank you” for the obvious reason. I get the message, and now you get my message .

The Seoul Grill House offers a great dining experience in Langley with decent cuts of meat for in-table BBQ. The price is fair, ranging from $26.99 to $39.99 per person, depending on the time and day. The server provides excellent customer service, making guests feel at home. The fresh meats and delightful salads are highlights, although some buffet items may have been sitting out for a while. The Korean BBQ experience is amazing, with everything being well-seasoned and satisfying. Guests can enjoy grilling their own meat and trying the different sides. The restaurant also offers an amazingly affordable buffet with a variety of appetizers, soups, meats, sauces, and even a shaved ice machine. The atmosphere is lively and modern, making it a satisfying experience worth returning to with friends.
Customers praise the selection of hot foods and drinks, though some wish for more meat options. The service is generally friendly, and the atmosphere is fun. While the meat quality is decent, some guests find certain dishes, such as the tteokbokki, to be less than satisfactory. The deep-fried food can be dry and hard, and the kimchi may lack flavor. Despite these minor issues, many customers express their enjoyment of the Korean BBQ experience and plan to return.
