I have ordered veg chinese combo, spring rolls and mango lassi through uber eats. It was my first time ordering food from shahi catering. That Veg combo includes ( chili potatoes, Manchurian and fried rice). I was so excited for the food as I was so hungry. When I eat just one spring roll, I was like oh my god i ate whole big spoons of bad oil. I had to throw those spring rolls into the bin. Moving forward to chinese combo, taste was so bad, chilli potatoes and fried rice were like so old and they re fried it so many times. Mango lassi did not taste like mango.Overall, I had very bad experience with the food. Very bad taste. Yukkk. I never said yukk to the food. But I don’t want others to go through the same situation.Please improve your quality for god sake.

Begin with my Review is not about the taste or anything, but about the way they are doing businessThey’re selling an Uber eats like any other restaurant but only mentioning the title of the items instead of the descriptions along with them. How was the hell per person is supposed to know what went for making that item ?Personally, I am a vegetarian and I ordered something and later I found out while I was eating that it’s not vegetarian at all . I am in okay I should blame myself, but how was I supposed to know if there is no description all they are just putting the names of the dishes but not like other restaurants which are also putting descriptions of what they are made up for something like that?To be honest, I don’t care tasty their food might be from now. It was my first time today and after this experience I am never ever going with Shahi catering.

I ordered food through uber eats with buy 1 get 1 free option. Received only 1 item. When I called them they refused to give me another and said manager is busy cannot speak on call. What a horrible customer service and making fake promises. Would never recommend anyone to get anything from this place.

Guys please work on your quality check. Always triple check before selling food. Today I got a really bad stomach ache after eating the Shahi Thali. The taste of the chicken and paneer was good, but it must have been prepared in unhygienic manner, as it made me sick afterwords. I hope you get your house in

I wish I could have then minus 0. Shame on this business. Today, this business had catering at gurudoare sahib brookside for small wedding and one girl brought the food as it was small wedding. Trust me, the food was sour not only one dish but all the dishes including gajrela(Desert). The girl who came in from this business with food came to know and called his owner or manager back the food sour or smell like rotten. Due to timing, they said just serve like that. Groom's father was shocked and that girl was scared that what of people get mad at her. What would u say. Do you want that embarrassment on your good moments?
