I love this store brings me positive vibes whenever I enter, and it’s very convenient because it’s so close to the mall and very friendly staff. They always make sure they get my drinks right especially that women name Makayla she so full with good positive vibes shout out to her!! for being the best. Ordered a pearl milk tea and they gave me a straw for a regular drink. Couldn’t even drink the pearls from the straw.

We ordered the hot matcha red bean milk tea and it was sealed with the plastic wrap. Undrinkable. How can you offer drink tea with a plastic seal on top? We asked for an empty cup and we were told that we needed to pay. Not to mention we didn’t have a sleeve of the cup.
Also the sweetness of the drink was so much even we asked for a light sweetness.

The order before mine was coffee milk tea, so I wonder if there was coffee remaining in the shaker, or they actually made me something different. Either way, not acceptable.

First impression when walking in were good, a nice gentleman named john greeted me the second i walked through the door. The other gentleman on the other hand had a very unwelcoming energy. I ended up hearing one of their conversations and it was about how the john needs better communication skills and was very nitpicky about things he does. As a customer and a worker in the food industry, this was extremely unprofessional as it made myself and other customers uncomfortable.

Such a good place to buy Boba it taste so good it may be expensive like 50 cents extra then normal but so worth it definitely recommend it and the and all the people that work there are super nice
