Rapid delivery of consistently good drinks
The bubble tea was mid here and they don’t even accept cash which is literally a LEGAL form of payment. I ordered a pearl milk tea and it just tasted so watery and the pearls were ROCK HARD, not chewy AT ALL. Horrible

I went to the Guildford location of ShareTea on Sunday, the 28th of September and the service was amazing. The workers were kind, they let me take my time when ordering, and they didn’t rush me or make me feel unwanted. Besides the customer service, I noticed that when I walked in the 3 girls instantly got up and rushed behind the counter to take my order. I stayed in the store for a little over an hour and noticed they only had time to sit down when no one was in the store (very rarely because it was so busy), and when they did, they only had a minute or two at most. With how hardworking these girls were, they deserve time to sit down, they all looked extremely tired.

Sharetea in Surrey (Guildford) area is a solid bubble tea choice in the area. I really love their wintermelon tea. Pearls were soft and chewy and the staff were great. I arrived 15min before closing and they were still warm and welcoming to my late-night order.

Sharetea employees need to understand how to differentiate orders made for their classic iced brewed teas and their iced milk teas. While I respect the employees and their dedication to serving orders on the daily, on multiple occasions through phone orders or food delivery, drink confirmations for their brewed teas have been inaccurate through and through.
A small question of “Did you want an Iced Brewed Tea or Iced Milk Tea?” with their classic teas listed on their menu like Black Tea, Green Tea or Oolong Tea goes a long way to ensure that employees are on the same level with customers, implementing accurate orders from their menu and maintaining consistency across the board.
This is hard to identify to employees over the counter, even when clarifying if the drink is the correct one. One that is lacking the confirmation that employees simply forget to ask.
Customers have been able to visually see their drinks with a clear Sharetea cup. Since then, they have now opted to swapping out their Clear plastic cups with Pink covered cups - making it difficult to visually track incorrect drinks or missing toppings that customers paid for.
In the past years ordering at the Guildford location, I’ve been grateful with former Sharetea employees calling customers to confirm if this drink selection/topping is correct. Customer service is favoured and warrants more customers to visit again. This is something new employees are currently lacking.

Drinks are very yummy, but they NEVER listen to instructions.
I have ordered here both in person and on delivery apps, and I ALWAYS request for no dairy to be added, but frequent mistakes are made.
I will order a slush blended with ice cream and request that no ice cream be added, but I ALWAYS receive a drink that has the ice cream added and I ALWAYS have to tell them I requested NO DAIRY.
Staff have gone downhill since new management have come in as they cannot seem to comprehend instructions without being corrected. I have been patient before but after explicitly stating NO DAIRY on a delivery app order and explaining in the note that I am sensitive to dairy, I STILL received my drink with ice cream on top.
It's ridiculous that this problem has arisen after new management. Simple modifications should not be an ongoing issue.
Staff under the previous management were infinitely more capable of handling these normal, very simple requests.
I hope that this feedback is taken into account, as reading instructions or listening to a simple request is really not that hard. (Although I suppose at this store it seems to be very hard for the staff to comprehend that someone wants their drink made correctly the first time.)
