The bubble tea here is always consistent. Most of the servers I’ve had were are really sweet and welcoming. I don’t have any complaints with this location. Will keep coming back whenever a bubble tea craving comes up!

We ordered the taro. It is not as good as it was. It ‘s just like milkshake with pearls. I didn’t taste the taro at all. Very disappointed.

Came into this store but I mistakenly had placed an order at the other location. As I was on my way out, a female staff member at the back sarcastically called out to me in a tone about my mistake that was ridiculously uncalled for. I was already upset as I had to drive an extra half hour during rush hour traffic to pickup my order at the correct location and didn't understand why this happened. I rarely get angry, but this encounter had me fuming while I was on the road, hence I am leaving this review. Not surprised now that after reading the one star reviews on here, it seems that this location gets quite defensive when it comes to their employees who don't treat their customers right

The bubbletea here was good!!! We ordered the tiger brown sugar one and it tasted good. Their pearls are also warm when you just get the drink and they made the drinks quick too. Only downside is that the drink tastes more milky and have less of a tea flavour but it was still good!

It was delicious (as always) and it is always so good every time no issues and if they hear you wrong and give you the wrong thing it’s free I absolutely love this place and here’s my order which a lot of people love : Mango passion fruit green tea, less ice half sugar and lychee jelly and you can ask them to remove the seeds too. I hope you love this place as much as me .

I had an extra special experience today getting my bubble tea. My car’s battery died and when I asked the individuals in the store for help to jumpstart the car, the staff immediately offered his help. He came outside right away to help us as soon as he had a chance and patiently explained how to do the jumpstart. He even wrapped up the cord nicely before returning it to me. He really went above and beyond and I just want to say my thanks here! And of course, we ordered the happy family drink and it was yum!
