Best falafel, friendly stuff, great experience

I have been a big fan of Shawarma Palace for the past two years, but my experience yesterday was extremely disappointing. Yesterday night The lady used the same big pan for tikka and other items without cleaning it before adding the shawarma chicken, which resulted in a disgusting burnt, mixed taste. On top of that, the rice was hard and seemed either undercooked or a couple of days old. I hate wasting food, but I honestly couldn’t eat it and had to throw it away. Shawarma Palace needs to train their employees on proper hygiene and food handling to avoid cross-contamination, because while I used to visit regularly for the taste, it feels like they no longer care about quality.

I’’m not a rater.. I enjoy good food and fair prices.. I’ve been going here for 8 years… recommending to my friends and family. It is AMAZING. The service, wonderful. The food = chefs kiss. Over the years the owners have changed but the food has only gotten better and the prices haven’t gone up. I appreciate that. Shawarma Nachos! Chicken Shawarma Wrap! Shawarma poutine! You guys are awesome!

The guy is very stingy and rude with the food and the quantity of the food is very small.

The food is amazing. But the service is atrocious. Got to the place at 8.23 pm. Stood in line for 10 mins, no one acknowledged us and then they took our order. We sat and waited and at 8.45 we asked them to check up on our orders. They haven't even started it yet so we asked them to start.
At 8.53 they started taking other peoples orders while we are still waiting in line. We finally got our order at 9.05 after waiting for 40 minutes for two wraps.

Best shawarma in Surrey! Had what I thought was a big order with 5 items, and the employees were amazing! Quick service and the food was as delicious as ever.

Amazing food no complaints about that. However, there’s one lady at the counter who is extremely rude every time, easily the rudest person I’ve met in a restaurant.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Ordered a platter asked for no white sauce and no hummus, food came with sauce all over it. I can’t eat white sauce due to dietary restrictions. When I tried to explain this to the worker and asked him remake the meal with no sauce (because I can’t even eat it) the worker refused. What kind of customer service is that? Being expected to pay for food that I can’t even eat is so ridiculous. I told them to keep the food. Will never buy food from here again. As a business you should be looking to keep customers coming back and do your best to give customers a good experience. This was very sad and disappointing to have experienced.
