I am changing my review previously of a 5 star.
We eat or order out from her often and I recommended this place to my mom and dad from Victoria and they did not deliver.
When my mom called to say that the paneer and majority of the food was just ok, no one called back.
My mom followed up again, and they said they can give us dessert lol
You lost a long time customer- congratulations

Have eaten here before with average service, today we were not able to eat our order of fish pakoras as they were undercooked, and the chilli chicken combo was missing items. The management did nothing about it told us to contact DoorDash even though we did not order thru DoorDash, we ordered directly from the Showshaa website. Disappointing response as we were regular customers and enjoyed the chicken tacos.

Feels like home here—Mr. Bawa and his team are amazing. Loving the new Egg Masala (my must-order dish lately!) and the sizzlers inspired by their first restaurant’Bombay Se’. Family and clients both love this place!

Had a lovely evening last week at Showshaa. The vibe was lively yet cozy, and the food? Absolutely hit the spot. Huge thanks to our server, Jazzy, she was warm, attentive, and made us feel right at home. On her recommendation, we tried the Bombay Spice Prawns and the Showshaa Signature Paneer, both were packed with flavour and beautifully presented.

Left with a happy heart & a craving to return.

Great food. Service was okay. After food was served no one came to check in as we needed more naan so was waiting with our paneer getting cold.

We've been back multiple times throughout different times and days. Yes, sometimes it's very quiet (a nice option if you ask me), but we have never been disappointed with the food or the service. The fish pakoras are a must have every time we go. So far, every dish we've tried has been so good. I can't say enough good things about Showshaa.

Extremely disappointing experience at Showshaa. The service was painfully slow — we waited far too long for everything, from placing the order to getting our food. What’s worse, when we clearly asked for mild spice, they still drowned the dishes in red chili powder. It felt like they either didn’t care or weren’t listening at all.

This wasn’t a one-time slip — the poor service and disregard for basic customer requests have been consistent across visits. For a restaurant that charges premium prices, the service quality and attention to customer preferences are shockingly poor. Not coming back again, and definitely would not recommend to anyone looking for a pleasant dining experience.
