We've been back multiple times throughout different times and days. Yes, sometimes it's very quiet (a nice option if you ask me), but we have never been disappointed with the food or the service. The fish pakoras are a must have every time we go. So far, every dish we've tried has been so good. I can't say enough good things about Showshaa.

Extremely disappointing experience at Showshaa. The service was painfully slow — we waited far too long for everything, from placing the order to getting our food. What’s worse, when we clearly asked for mild spice, they still drowned the dishes in red chili powder. It felt like they either didn’t care or weren’t listening at all.

This wasn’t a one-time slip — the poor service and disregard for basic customer requests have been consistent across visits. For a restaurant that charges premium prices, the service quality and attention to customer preferences are shockingly poor. Not coming back again, and definitely would not recommend to anyone looking for a pleasant dining experience.

1 Star for whoever the female host (at the front counter) was on the evening of May 10th Saturday, very unprofessional; zero customer service and communication skills. Not the right fit to be a host on such a busy day.

Went there last Saturday and tried their cholla bhatura and Dal makhni fondu - both of them tasted really good. Server was also very friendly and overall great ambiance.

Food was excellent. Warning, when they say spicy, listen. True spice lover here. Had many dishes I'd never had before. Nice surprise.
Service was impeccable. Bent over backward to help us with a birthday. Much appreciated. Probably their greatest strength.
Restaurant was clean and modern. More like a lounge feel. Very different than the neighbourhood Indian restaurants I'm used to. Music could have been a little lower. It was a late lunch meal after all.

Parking: Parking at 1 pm Saturday was easy. Not an issue

We had a fantastic experience! The ambiance was wonderful. A special shout out to Tejal, who went above and beyond to make the evening memorable. She knew the menu inside out, answered all our questions, and gave great recommendations. She even surprised us with a cake to celebrate my husband’s birthday. Her thoughtful service truly made our night memorable.

Ordered take out - butter chicken and chicken curry. It made both myself and my husband sick. Food was also very greasy - I would not recommend to eat here.

Server was rude. we went there on Sunday night group of 5 people. and indian girl (server) didn’t even give us option to Tip. our bill was $600 and that was including her tip. she basically stole our money without out consent.. and already include her tip in our bill.. and even at the time of checkout , she didn’t mention it.. and when my friend gave her $25 tip .. then she mentioned.. that tip was already included… This is clearly stealing money….and legal action should be taken against her.
