I ordered a "donair" from this place and it costs $10.00. The biggest waste of money for a small hard pita, and 10 dime size pieces of meat with barely any sauce. I called the girl back that worked there and she doesn't care. Said I should have ordered the "jumbo". What a joke. Do not order from this place!! Zero

I was there today around 11pm and there was customer infront of me ordering pizza, she gave 40 dollars and girl working at the desk was keeping telling her that I don't have change because order was 33 dollars. The lady said I am not going to pay 40 dollars so give me change. I was listening behind in the line and I gave girl 3 dollars from my pocket and ask her to give back 10 dollars. As a business if you don't have a change it's your problem. She could say why don't you pay next time or just give her 10 dollars back to make customer happy. My turn came I ordered and gave money to her now she is doing something with me . I really didn't like forcing people to leave the balance. I ask her why don't you go get a change from your staff because it's your job to pay my balance but she just wanted to keep my change as well so I ask her to cancel my order and I left the store. I am happy that I was able to make someone ?. I don't think the staff was an owner but owner lost business of 50 dollars from one customer and who knows how many people leave like that from that kind of behavior. Owner needs to look into this matter very seriously and make sure that they have enough change to run the operations in night. I am very disappointed and I went there first time on someone's recommendation and mention them as well but they didn't show any gesture to stop me because I was leaving without food from there store. Stopped in for late night pizza pick up on a Wednesday night. Clearly when we called it in just before midnight, they were preparing to close, thus the 5 star service rating. This was the only place we could find for late night pizza in South Surrey. Ordered basic L pepperoni, mushroom,bacon and cheese.Pizza was nicely cooked, crust a little crunchy but pizza sauce and lack of cheese flavour left us thinking it was very average.

The unlimited toppings pick up deal is really worth it. They put the toppings in between the cheese and the bread so it is easy to eat (not too messy).Pizza dough was also chewy. I thought the donair pizza was super interesting but would be open to coming back to try more.

Ordered pizza for delivery and pizza guy takes the payment and leaves and I asked him where is the pizza and he goes outside on the patio table. And then I asked him where is the bottle of pop and he goes outside on the patio table. I had already paid him big tip and felt so frustrated which delivery person ever does that just take payment and leave. Then I opened the pizza box and all ropings had slid yo one side of the box on coupe of slices and the rest of slices were just bread. Called and the girl there goes he is new and we will give you free pizza next time. I was a regular customer since past 3 yrs. When I placed a pizza order today and the girlGoes we can give you some discount but not free pizza. Don’t care about $15-$20 pizza. You have no customer service and there are hundreds of pizza shops in the area who know what customer service is. Won’t be ordering ever again form here. I have a picture of the pizza from that night.

The young man working there on Friday was outstanding. Professional service with a smile. And yes, the Donair Pizza was amazing. Worth checking out the Kins market next door, fresh fruit and vegetables in an exceptionaly clean store.

They served the pizza burnt, knowingly. I called to complain, the woman said “sorry sir..,won’t happen next time” There will be NO next time. For napkins they had a roll of paper used for cleaning purpose.

Really bad, cheese dipping souse smells like curry, garlic one is just disgusting. Pizza is so oily that I was near to throw up after 1,5 pieces, had to take medication for my stomach. Also, there were some kind of hard pieces that were hard to chew, I guess it was cheap ham. I can’t understand how this place has so many good reviews.
