I would leave an honest review and I would say that the was is always okay. I visited this restaurant thrice until now and the service is nothing extraordinary. The first time I went with my friends and we were seated and the server introduced herself to us and never returned back, I think she forgot about us. We waited for more than 20 mins and when no one showed up we were about to leave when their host came and she took our order and she served us food. Second time it was good but not the best. Third time again it was okay.They never ask refill for the water. They never come to check on small groups. Feels like the servers only care about the big groups. The servers need to be more friendly and smiling. I know customer service is a very hard job but if they can’t deal with it, they should quit and find something different. The ambiance of the restaurant is top notch. The food is good. It tastes really good. If the service is improved, I believe this would be one of my favourite places to eat.

I went to Spice Club to celebrate my friend’s birthday, but honestly, the food was very disappointing. The noodles had no taste at all no spices, nothing. The momos felt like they were old and not fresh, and the golgappa water had a strange smell. Even though the staff remade the noodles for us, The only good part was the customer service, which was polite and attentive.
