I will never support restaurants that have no respect or decency for their customers. So this doesn’t happen to you as we know times are rough for us. I placed an order on Uber Eats for dinner and received overly salted food, chicken curry and lamb vindaloo. It was so salty we could not consume it, it’s like someone unscrewed the salt bottle as a prank and the whole bottle went in. Uber Eats stated they cannot issue a refund I do not know the reason as I contacted them the same day. I then called the restaurant the following day May 21 and explained the issue, I was told the manager is not in at the moment. The lady stated she will leave a note for him. I called on June 4 and the lady told me he was on vacation and will call me tomorrow. I then called on June 11 and finally got a hold of him, Suki. Up until the end I thought he actually did care and was trying to figure out how to refund me. He said he will check my order through Uber. He called me back within 20mins asking me to ask Uber Eats how HE can refund my money. Even after telling him I won’t be able to talk to a live person I told him I would try. Today, June 12 tried Uber Eats and it says my order was placed too long ago to get support. I called him and told him that and he basically told me off and started claiming I am lying about calling on May 21 and that I called on the 26th. I told him that’s not true I have my phone log and he said we do too and said he’s not refunding my money.
Never again, we don’t need restaurants who knowingly send inedible food and think it is acceptable. I say knowingly because the chicken curry that had the most salt was on discount. So I’m out $45 and this place was one of my go to restaurants for dinner.

Everyone loved the taste and freshness of the food, it was totally worthwhile to order from this place. I would truly recommend others for any family or friends gatherings to give a try from here. I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The staff, particularly one lady, was incredibly rude and unprofessional. When I asked a simple question, she replied bluntly and without any courtesy, making me feel unwelcome. The level of customer service was non-existent, and it completely ruined the dining experience.
It’s a shame because the restaurant has potential, but with such poor treatment of customers, I cannot recommend it. Customer service should always be a priority, and unfortunately, this place fails miserably in that regard. Zero stars if I could!

Don’t order the 2 for 1 specials on Uber eats. It has 3-4 pieces protein in it only. So it’s basically just sauce. I wish they would just make it the right away and take it off of 2 for 1. No flavour. I asked for spicy. Need to load it with spice and salt when it came. I wonder if this is under new ownership over the last few years? It used to be our number one Indian place!

I had ordered food for around 60 guests for my son’s birthday party and it could not have been any better than this. Food was loved by everyone and specially the variety of the appetizers was apppreciated by all. Thank you so much Spice Kings for making our event so memorable with your tasty food.

I would like to Give Zero Star of their Customer Service . We have ordered large Paneer with other stuff at 7:45 and picked up food at 8:30 . They gave us regular size paneer . When we saw and called them they said they we have to come back again to get the food if we want . We had party of 15 people, so we decided to go back again .
When we went , they wanted to charge us for extra ounce (difference between Large and Medium)without considering that we have came all the way back just to pick again because of the mistake they did .:
Mistakes do happen but this kind of customer service is not we expect ..
We were their regular customer but now we have to think before going to them .

I got butter chicken, garlic naan, and tandoori roti from Spice Kings with an Uber 1+1 offer ( butter chicken ). The portions were good for the price. The butter chicken had more gravy than pieces, but it was tasty. The garlic naan was also good. The tandoori roti wasn't great. Overall, it was a decent meal with some things to improve.
