Worst customer service by the front staff . I ordered paneer noodles hot as i was carving for it , i was superb excited to eat it but when i taste it . It was tasteless no salt at all and what i got it from the server that i m sorry i will give the feedback to the chef . I never recommend this place . At last she suggested me to add spices from your kitchen . If i gonna food by myself then i was mad that i spend 20$ there. Improve your customer service .

We had been at Spice of Nepal for 1st time, and although several servers passed by our table multiple times, no one stopped to check in or take our order. Just when we started to feel overlooked, Soniya stepped in and completely turned our experience around.
With a warm smile and genuine attentiveness, she made us feel seen, welcomed, and comfortable. She didn’t just take our order, she made sure every little detail was taken care of with care and kindness. Her service stood out in the best way possible.
