Starbucks

This place is different than all of the Starbucks I’ve been to before. The baristas are so friendly and the vibes and atmosphere is so light making my stay very enjoyable and comfortable. My drinks EVERYTIME tastes so good. My favorite part in this coffee shop are definitely the baristas. We rarely find friendly service nowadays and this place is topnotch. My go to Starbucks in Surrey even though I have to drive 20 mins to come here. It’s worth it. Definitely a recommend!

I had a very frustrating experience at this Starbucks location. I waited over 20 minutes for my order, and despite multiple employees asking me what I had ordered and under what name, no one actually took the initiative to make it. I watched as they continued preparing orders for customers who had arrived after me.
When I finally asked for a refund, there was no real apology or effort to correct the mistake rather just a quick refund and a dismissive attitude. It felt like no one cared about the inconvenience or the poor service I received. I expected better from Starbucks, especially when the issue was clearly on their end.
This experience left a really bad impression, and I hope the staff is reminded that customer service includes accountability and empathy, not just processing transactions.

I want to give a big shoutout to the amazing team at the Starbucks in Onion Station, Surrey! Every time I visit, I’m greeted with warmth, professionalism, and outstanding service. A special thank you to Igo, Chen, Lyndon, and Angel — you all go above and beyond to make every visit a pleasant experience.

Igo always brings such positive energy to the counter, Chen is efficient and kind, Lyndon is incredibly friendly and attentive, and Angel’s smile lights up the place. Whether it’s a quick coffee run or a longer stop to relax, this team makes it feel like a welcoming part of the community.

Spend $10 for drink, what i got? ….. ice more than drink and also ordered pink drink but they didn’t put any strawberries in it.

Coffee, food, atmosphere are first class. This time it's about staff's professional approach in handling challenging situation. A woman customer was very angry yelling and gesticulating for no apparent reason. Prajakta and Harpret quietly and politely tried to calm her down. They at the same time reassured all customers that even though it's not a pleasant situation it's under control and the help is coming. When security patrol came they faced the same challenge of loud voice and angry gestures but finally the woman left. Thank you Prajakta and Harpreet for not only usual perfect service and quality food but also for professionaly protecting good atmosphere and safety of customers. BRAVO!!

These guys are making #1 coffee in the world. Not sure why they are abandon locations especially one in Gastown. I think should get it back, whatever it takes ;)

A bit of a hard location to get to if you are not sure where you are going. The staff were a little busy for us at first even though they were not making any drinks at the time.

The staff was super friendly and enthusiastic - instant mood enhancer. The filipino guy and lady made my day and they deserve a raise. My first time ever writing a review for Starbucks but that's just how much an impact they had on my last few experiences at this location!

The staff at this location is super sweet and nice. They always get the order right and make sure to greet and help customers.
