The purpose of this whole review I am writing is not directed at the store and employees itself but instead one particular employee. Starbucks has recently hired this new girl a few months ago, very skinny, brown hair, white and young. She never knows how to make drinks, I always here her asking her peers on how to make drinks, her customer service is bad, she gave me attitude while I ordered my drinks and didn’t show even a hint of a smile and even when I told her to have a good day she completely ignored it and left the register. There’s was this one time I went in with my friends where I ordered an iced matcha latte and she ordered a dragonfruit refresher, we watched as she made our drinks (not to mention she let mine sit on the counter for five minutes because she forgot she was making it) when we received our drinks my matcha latte was a pale, pale green and tasted only like milk with the tiniest bit of matcha, it was disgusting. My friend received her dragonfruit refresher which was practically clear and only tasted like lemonade, it only had like two chunks of dragonfruit inclusion in it. After all my bad experiences with her I decided to let it go because she’s new and she just needs time to learn the drinks. However, today I ordered a caramel brûlée latte which again was made by her, I don’t know how it’s even possible but it is distastefully bitter, I mean the caramel brûlée puree has got to be the sweetest thing on the menu so how is it that mine has become so incredibly bitter. I am very dissatisfied with the is employee. However, all of the other employees are amazing, they are super friendly and make delicious, consistent drinks.

The evening staff around here seems like they always are busy but they still are amazing at delivering the drinks quickly. I appreciate the staff for being kind and quick. Alex and the other two staff members were great! They seemed like they were under a lot of pressure lots of cleaning and stuff 😞 but she still greeted me and made my drink quickly. It was a wonderful experience✨ and I will come by more often in the evening. Love the staff 🤩

The staff are aloof and rude. They make me feel like a burden. They’re not that friendly. I know it’s busy, but you don’t have to be so serious about it. If I placed a mobile order and it says there isn’t a certain ingredient why would I wait in a line up? You’re standing right there holding my drink in your hand. When I worked there years ago this was not the Starbucks standard practice… I’d get chewed out for being snobby and telling someone to go in a lineup instead of making sure the mobile order is right. If I wanted a robot to call out drinks I’d go to a kiosk? We are human beings let’s acknowledge one another and be kind. I’m not being a Karen as I’m not inconveniencing anybody. It’s wild to me. I just don’t love coming to this location. Blenz down the street actually appreciates your business.
A couple staff are excluded from this, as Chris for example is an absolute gem of a human being. Her smile, kindness and consideration is always above and beyond anybody’s expectation. You’re lucky to have her on your team.
Rileigh and Jasmine were snickering at me. I wasn’t mad or rude I just said I hope it’s okay that I gave the feedback, I’m not trying to complain I expect to wait, but if you could acknowledge me as a human being that’s the most important thing. She just stares blankly and goes “sorrrrry, it’s just soooo busy” man it’s been 20 minutes. I got my refund and I was so patient about it, but I am really upset and feel stupid. I won’t ever come here again, but that’s clearly not a concern they could care less.

2 staff working on sat Aug 10 around 8pm. Girl taking orders was SO rude and unwelcoming. I told her my order, she tried to get me to order something else and when I let her know I didn’t want what she suggested she stared at me and goes “SO WHAT DO YOU WANT”. I let her know what I wanted and repeated my allergy and she goes “you told me that 3 times now” she clearly hates her job but didn’t have to take it out on customers. Definitely won’t be back

This Starbucks location is definitely one of the best I've visited. This was my first time coming here, as it's conveniently located on my today's route. I placed a mobile order, and they fulfilled it perfectly - even better than I expected. I brought my own personal cup, and after receiving my coffee, I asked them to top it up with about an inch of cream. This is a fairly simple request, but surprisingly, not all Starbucks baristas are able to do it correctly.
This is the only Starbucks location I've found that can properly prepare my coffee with the cream topping I prefer.
Also I bought a Frappuccino too, and they really made with their heart, perfectly the way I wanted.
On top of that, the service here is great, with friendly and attentive baristas - something that's become quite rare to find at Starbucks these days.

Come here very often. Very busy store and my go to store while waiting for ev charging.
It’s always so cold in here ! Good service, friendly staff too. Everyone is always complaining on why air conditioning is on such a cold temp. Freezing all year round Terrible !
