Really? I don’t normally take the time to post a negative review but this is not my first experience at this location that left a bad taste in my mouth literally … If it is going to take the staff 20 minutes to complete the drinks why make the food items as soon as the order is placed ? i prefer my food items not cold hard and inedible. yesterday was extra special as clearly my cold rubbery breakfast sandwich had clearly collided with icing ??? so cold hard rubbery with sugar coating ?

My Trenta Salted caramel cold brew was off - milk was curdled/sour and lacked necessary syrup. Had to throw it away it was that bad.

I love this store, it is one of my favourites; it's clean, the staff are friendly and welcoming and my drink tastes the same every time. You gotta drink here.
I can't help it. I'm a Starbucks fan bigtime. I like their breakfast and lunch sandwiches. You can not beat their Mocha Frappuccino and Dragon Drink with coconut milk for hot days. I like to go to the closest Starbucks, but my favorite is 24th Ave and 160th at Grandview Corners in South Surrey. It's a big Starbucks with a nice outdoor patio, and they always make my drink right. The staff are always friendly and greet everyone.

Ahh, sayonara Starbucks! Two recent experiences at different locations for my favorite drink, a tall latte, left me disappointed. Both were heavy on the milk and very light on the coffee. Change in formula to drive down costs by leaving out the coffee? methinks is not the way to go to please the shareholder.
