Absolutely ridiculous that there is no indoor seating since the renovation. It's like they don't want customers. They do know it rains in British Columbia right?

They're cutting back on seating on the majority of their locations where I live. They've turned the atmosphere upside down. Just a bunch of people standing around waiting for the coffee. Very chaotic where there used to be order.

It so amazing that the staff doesn’t know what 1/3 of cup means took them 5 mins after asking same question 9 times. After that i just gave up. Only order online save your brain cells

Great example of a Starbucks that really has no desire to provide any level of customer service! Post renovation this location has become subpar with no indoor seating and customer service very dismal at this location.

The girl working there was very rude and had an attitude.
Got a venti chocolate cold brew with less ice and it’s so watery. I can’t taste coffee and certainly no chocolate it’s water for $6.

Very sad they took away all the indoor seating. The new layout is also not very organized and creates crowded chaos when busy. But, the service is always good and the drinks are consistent

The girl working in drive thru with blonde highlights working sunday june 23 730 pm was very rude very disrespectful she had No paitence at all i used to work for starbucks & this is unacceptable behaviour you get trained on customer service skills… also if you are mad why would you go to work & take it out on customers lol its dissapointing because you expect so much more from starbucks especially when youve worked there & you know how you were supose to be treating customer & my drink wasnt even made properly because she decided to be impatient & speak over me & rush my order she didnt even make my drink the way i wanted… why would you pay for extra stuff to your drink & not even get it? Never will i ever come back to this starbucks ever again this is the second time this has happened if you want your drinks made right & to be spoken to with respect I recommend you find a different starbucks…
