There was a cute boy who looked me in the eye as he gave me a cup full of cream...filled mocha. I was so excited I started sweating and thinking about all the people in my life who treated me nicely. Looking at him as he walked away felt like letting go of a business opportunity, or watching your friend abandoning you at a party to go chase tail.

Maybe Someday

Last night I went into this Starbucks and there was three lovely girls who really made the store and really helped me out with ordering! Two of them had red hair and the third one was named Julie I think. It was so warm hearting to hear them welcome me into the store, like I was home! It reminds me of the time my dog got ran over by a car :(

Multiple times have gotten drinks wrong and they’re not complicated drinks with a million different things added.Today went in ordered two peppermint mocha frappes zero peppermint flavour so I went in and started to ask for more Peppermint lady walks away her names Ellie or something close to that and proceeds to give me a shot glass with 4 squirts of peppermint flavouring and didn’t say a single word to me, awful service.

Thanks for rushing my bagel bites only to have ky coffee served 15 mins later, 10 mins after the “scheduled” time. And I’m paying enough the least you could do is fill the cup and if you did put whipped cream it couldn’t have been much!

The coffee is fine and service is good. My concern is when I asked kindly as to why at the drive thru they now have a video canera that displays yourself as you order? In return I received a snotty answer stating they can't see the video and its used for def people who require sign language! I then asked who on staff knows sign language? Nobody.... I get it may be for security or safety, sure... NP. Cameras are everywhere, But say that. The one star is for attitude, miss information and liying. I'll buy my coffee elsewhere for now on.

This location has the slowest drive thru EVER! I wait at least 10-15 minutes every time even with a mobile order ready. The staff are friendly but definitely need more help or training.

My experience here has been mostly good, however I have found that recently my orders have been wrong consistently. Today I had ordered a venti drink, and I confirmed with the barista. However I received a grande. I understand this was a mistake, but when I talked to the barista about it i was told that they have to charge me for the extra cost. This is understandable but it ruined my mood. When working front counter, it would be great to see the baristas not feeling so rushed and stressed, to insure correct orders.

Not a bad spot. Again a great pre or post church location. It seems to always be busy inside. And the drive thru is also packed. Busy location and staff are usually running around and getting orders pumped out! Drive carefully! The drive thru exit is a bit of a blind corner.

I understand their 3.6 rating and all the 1 star reviews now.

The good news is this morning I discovered a far better coffee shop in Cloverdale, where the actually acknowledge you and take your order, I'll be going to Republica going forward.

Worst location I visit. Won't be returning. They're basically tim Hortons now, entirely focused in the drive thru. I went in this morning, nobody said a word and left me standing there for 5 min at the till while 5 people behind the counter did drive thru and mopped the floor.

Might as well just go literally anywhere else.

Came in with a niche order this morning and the baristas were able to put it together for me, in good time, with a great attitude.

No drive through at this location but service was quick and efficient.

A coffee shop with no tables or places to chill and work unless you sit outside? Booooooo. I’ll be going elsewhere now.

Absolutely ridiculous that there is no indoor seating since the renovation. It's like they don't want customers. They do know it rains in British Columbia right?
