I work in the neighborhood and left my water bottle behind today. The staff greeted me with the biggest smile and let me know that they kept it for me.
I can’t take caffeinated drinks but I still enjoy going there every now then for a decaf and the nice cozy atmosphere.

I just paid premium Starbucks prices for what I can only describe as the world’s tiniest sip of coffee! I ordered a full cup through Uber Eats, but what showed up? A cup that’s 3/4 empty! Was the barista thirsty? Did my coffee have a pit stop on the way? For this price, I was expecting a liquid hug to jumpstart my day, not a mini reminder of heartbreak. Next time, I might just order an espresso shot and save myself the disappointment! The bag was fully packed I don’t think that Uber Driver took a sip!! Come on Starbucks do better!!

I wanted to quickly acknowledge the staff working here who are obviously frustrated and overworked.
I waited for what felt like forever for some selfish, unaware lady to order a few drinks. She was holding up a few people and was literally sprawled out over the counter taking ages to figure out what she wanted and I even debated leaving but had already waited so long. I’ll bet any money the staff see people like this all day long and still manage to keep their cool.
The ladies completed my order very quickly and efficiently when it was my turn so I wanted to say thanks for the hard work and patience 🙏

This is by far one of the worst locations I’ve been to. To start off, the drive thru is always closed, they turn the oven off by 6pm everyday so no food items can be served, and they are unfriendly. I go out of my way to avoid this location, they are super lazy.

Just going in, the music was UNBEARABLY loud. Personal preferance, the music was not cohesive either, just loud and random. One moment sad song the next is upbeat and obnoxious. The wifi was so slow when connecting my devices. Next to my seat was ANTS. The drink I got was fine but the atmosphere was definitely lacking. I would avoid this location in comparison to others if planning to linger in the Cafe.
