I have been coming here for over a year and if you would have asked me two months ago to rate the service I would say 5 stars but recently I noticed employee satisfaction at a low. Today, I was schooled for placing a mobile app request and then coming to the drive thru according to my records 1 min before the drink would done but according to the barista 2 mins from the order being submitted. There was nobody in the drive thru and nobody inside. I was asked to not come so quickly. Nobody could answer me if I didn’t use the app and just placed the order at the drive thru wouldn’t that be the same?
Fact is I found the barista rude and the fact it just happened to be my birthday really amplified her tact. Oh well… I will take my business somewhere else. Good luck !

My latest Starbucks visit fell flat due to a staff member’s thoughtless comment. She suggested checking the app for our order time, but we were already on schedule. The remark was unprofessional and left a bad impression – definitely not the level of service I expect from Starbucks.

I frequent many Starbucks locations, usually via drive-thru, during my work week. This location has the absolute, loveliest staff. Every visit I encounter a friendly, positive and personable team member. My drink is always made perfectly as well. Shout out to this amazing team, and Kudos to the hiring manager.

I love this Starbucks location! Such a cozy atmosphere, love the look of the marble counters and natural woods and leather! Kind employees as well.

It's a Starbucks, so it's pretty much the same as every other Starbucks. Limited selection of food, everything is overpriced, service is all right...
We don't go to Starbucks frequently, but when we do, we find this one to be a good choice due to a decent amount of parking - as long as you're getting your order to go, as regular parking stalls are usually taken, leaving just 15 minute ones - and they're not as busy as other locations that are closer to our house. That includes the drive-through, which moves at a good speed.
One negative is that order-ahead on the app is usually turned off when we go here, but since it's less busy, it's usually not too long a wait.

My drink was delicious but waiting 12 minutes for a frapp is absolutely ridiculous, especially when there's about 5 other employees standing around, the building is empty and so is the drive thru. The girl that made my drink was very friendly and I felt bad she seemed to be the only one working.
