IGNORANT BARISTA, VERY UPSET, ANDREW A NEW TRAINEE LEFT THE COMPLETE PISTACHIO LATTE SYRUP AT THE BOTTOM WITHOUT BREWING IT PROPERLY, I WENT AND COMPLAINED ABOUT IT AND THEY REMADE IT WITH THE SAME MISTAKE, I GUESS AT THIS LOCATION, IT'S A TREND TO SERVE COFFEE WITH SYRUPS LEFT AT THE BOTTOM, SO YOU GET A SWEET SHOCK AT THE END OF YOUR COFFEE.I GUESS THE OTHER STARBUCKS KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING, DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIS KIOSK OF UNLEARNED BARISTAS.

Finally get a chance to do this review - and am seeing that I am not the only person that appears to have issues at this Starbucks. When I have managed to get there before they close early - which hasn't been often lately, I am greeted with rudeness when I have a request or when I ask a question, like I am wasting their time. Wake up - this is your job. You are SERVING CUSTOMERS. If you don't want to be there and treat people with good customer service, then you shouldn't be working there. Thank goodness for name tags, Grace is the absolute worst for customer service. Be warned.

This Starbucks is the absolute worst. They are never open till the time that is posted and are always closed when I come for my beverage most evenings. They are supposed to be open till 8pm and I have been there as early as 6pm and they have been closed. This has happened more often than not. Don't they have a manager that checks up on them?? Or maybe it's the manager that's closing early. Either way, not acceptable. I am not sure how they get away with that. They should change the closing sign to OPEN: 8am - CLOSING: "that depends on when I want to leave tonight". They are not reliable. AND the customer service of some of the employees is HORRENDOUS. A few of these workers are more than challenged with customer service - absolute garbage for customer service and rude as hell - not sure how they can be named in previous reviews as being fantastic. Extremely rude and no customer service skills. Avoid this place. It is the worst.
