Starbucks is the same anywhere … a full community atmosphere of all ages in the coffee is consistently flavorful. A pre-order on the Phone app just makes things happen a lot more snappy. Of course, inside the staff always
have a friendly light attitude.

This once so nice and good now is always mistake on order, very very long wait time 🥱 many mouse outside everywhere and quality taste so wrongs. How come Aman and Ridika always talk about customer so rudely in their own language? My phone translation everything. We so disappointed and will no more support of here. Management never there and no one value for quality proper recipe and service. Very upset for this company

It’s Saturday afternoon around 5:30pm.
One of their servers is awful. She didn’t close tightly so the coffee spilled on me. When I asked, she said she’s off her shift right now. ???
I don’t understand why Starbucks hired a person like that. If you don’t like your job then please don’t do it.

Since I got my own coffee machine, I rarely go to coffee shops. This particular Starbucks is near my home, and I used to frequent it for at least seven or eight years, and my connection with Starbucks has lasted for at least 20 years. Last week, I received a welcome-back half-price promotion and, since I was going shopping nearby, I went in for a cup. Then I experienced an unprecedented disaster. About an hour after returning home (when the coffee was still about a fifth of its volume), I started experiencing severe abdominal pain, rumbling intestines, abdominal pressure that felt like it was about to explode, dizziness, nausea, and being drenched in sweat. I sat on the toilet with my phone, trying to call 911, but I couldn't even lift my head. Half an hour later, after experiencing three bouts of diarrhea with green liquid, I lay down, completely pale and exhausted. After consulting my family doctor, I learned I likely had food poisoning. I should clarify that I have no history of caffeine or dairy allergies. This is the first time I've experienced this in my ten years in Canada. Although I won't be going back, I hope Starbucks will listen to all its customers and stop employing staff with poor hygiene. This isn't discrimination; it's about protecting the brand and its reputation.

Recently this starbucks drinks, whether its matcha or iced coffees has been so bad. There is no correct portion of milk, syrup and ice. I pay for venti drinks and end up not liking it. All other Starbucks never make wrong beverages. They need to train employees so that they can at-least make reasonable drinks.
