Recently this starbucks drinks, whether its matcha or iced coffees has been so bad. There is no correct portion of milk, syrup and ice. I pay for venti drinks and end up not liking it. All other Starbucks never make wrong beverages. They need to train employees so that they can at-least make reasonable drinks.

Not want to leave reviews, but Josh’s service was excellent. I ordered with the app and my drink didn’t turn out quite right because I made an error while selecting my customizations Josh still remade the drink for me as per my liking.

recently has been so bad with ice. 85% of my 8 dollar drink is ice even when i ask for light ice, makes no difference at all. that's just greedy.

I’ve been multiple locations of Starbucks but this isn’t great as other locations. They are always out of something for ex; iced coffee etc. I went there today and the lady charged me 18 bucks for just two grande size coffee and didn’t even give me the receipt. Also, I went to talk with them no one was paying attention! They really need to focus on their service!!!

Me and my son got to the store 10mins before they close on a thursday night. The lady was very friendly. We didn’t feel rushed. The drink was made with attention detail. She was amazing and we’ll definitely come back to this store.

This is my go-to Sb since it’s steps away from my place. I love the energy here, the baristas super friendly and really genuine in making their customers feel at home. They also try their best to keep the place clean even when they’re super busy. And the best part is my drink orders are always spot on.
