What a wonderful staff. What amazing g hospitality. Conner and Ava were just amazing. Took the order in a professional manner and politely called for the order. The cappuccino was too good and the cinnamon cake was just warmed fresh to eat. Hats off to the manager of larding such a friendly team.

Brutal! Coffee on drip is awful, so the only choice is a "pour over" cone drip which they can't seem to manage. Often cold, because they forget about it. Today I had to take it 3/4 full after waiting 15 min. Starbucks is a shadow of it's former self as a coffee purveyor. Choose independent shops over this has-been brand.

Worst customer service and order handling.The server will have the orders sitting on the side unbothered to hand them to the customers and intentionally make them wait.Hopefully the management will look into it.

The lady over the counter is not familiar with the menu, I need to repeat my order two times to help her understand.Three staffs are gathered over there for chatting, and I am standing in front of them waiting for my order…..I ordered mocha cookie crumble, and found none of the cap fits for the cup, all of cap on the self serve table are too small. I have no choice but leave the store without a cap.Don’t want to say how awkward I was to walk with an open- cup cold drink.

I’ve mobile ordered twice this month from the MORGAN CROSSING (surrey) location and both times I’ve asked for NO CLASSIC SYRUP. I pick up my beverage, hop in my car and my drink, will of course, STILL HAVE classic syrup. Why even have the option to customize when you guys don’t ever read them? Thumbs down to this location.PLEASE it’s not so much to ask to READ and FOLLOW the small requests. Thank you.
