Worst customer service and order handling.The server will have the orders sitting on the side unbothered to hand them to the customers and intentionally make them wait.Hopefully the management will look into it.

The lady over the counter is not familiar with the menu, I need to repeat my order two times to help her understand.Three staffs are gathered over there for chatting, and I am standing in front of them waiting for my order…..I ordered mocha cookie crumble, and found none of the cap fits for the cup, all of cap on the self serve table are too small. I have no choice but leave the store without a cap.Don’t want to say how awkward I was to walk with an open- cup cold drink.

I’ve mobile ordered twice this month from the MORGAN CROSSING (surrey) location and both times I’ve asked for NO CLASSIC SYRUP. I pick up my beverage, hop in my car and my drink, will of course, STILL HAVE classic syrup. Why even have the option to customize when you guys don’t ever read them? Thumbs down to this location.PLEASE it’s not so much to ask to READ and FOLLOW the small requests. Thank you.

I arrived at 7.20pm on a weekday evening and drank coffee and read a book, but I left when they told me they would close in 10 minutes. I went because it said it would close at 9 o'clock, so I was disappointed.

If I had the ability to give ZERO stars I would. I put in an order in the Drive-Through. I tried to pay with cash $100 Bill, the cashier told me the don’t want to accept due to security reasons. I told them it is legal tender, she then told me it would take time to round up my change. I told her - that is her problem. Then she came back and gave me $40 in TwooniesAnd $30 in $5 dollar bills - what a joke. A business of that size should have proper cash / change denominations in the stills for paying customers. It was honestly unbelievable

Really awful customer service. Used the app to order ahead, went to grab the drinks. Barista was putting the drinks on a very narrow shelf for mobile pick up, wasn’t paying attention and put it on the edge, the whole coffee (thankfully ICED) spilt ALL over my young daughter. Covering her head to toe in coffee. Was a venti so it was ALOT of coffee. Barista asked her if she ok, never said sorry, never said sorry when leaving. And I was offered no compensation, no other employees said sorry. Asked to speak to a manager and was told they “were not in” on a Monday morning. Strange. Do better. Treat people better.
