it was my first time at aldercrossing starbucks and i couldn’t be happier with my visit. the store was small but comfy. the barista karanveer recommended me a very good drink. an iced matcha with oat milk and white mocha and it was the best drink i’ve had at starbucks. karanveer was very welcoming and sweet and he had a bright smile on his face which changed the atmosphere of this location for me. I will definitely be coming back for the amazing service. Thank you Karanveer!

Splendid Opportunties
This was the worse coffee I have ever had. I would not even call it coffee. The liquid looked like someone rinsed a dirty coffee cup with water and poured that water in a cup and served it to me as coffee.The staff was polite and nice, but the coffee was awful.

Let's start by saying this review reflects only my dealing today and this location. As a whole, I think Starbuck's is alright. First thing I noticed about this location is I never see the same staff twice. Completely different than any other location I go to. It may be why I received the worst service also....Walked in, had my order taken by person #1, she confirms egg bites, banana bread and americano. I hand her my cup and she asks if I want the americano in it. I confirm and note it is the only drink I have ordered. She informs me Joan likes water in her cup. I suppose Joan and I could have something in common had I ordered water? I pay and proceed to the pick up section.I then watch Mercedes make my Americano. She fills the cup with 7 shots of brown sugar syrup (my drink takes 5) the espresso, 3/4 hot water and then a splash of milk and dumps the entire rest of the oat milk in the sink. All while she is explaining to Bob that her boyfriend and Mom are sick, making my coffee with no mask on.After I watch person #1 deliver an order to someone after me she informs me that there are no egg bites. Not sure why this is now coming to light as I should have had them already and still no banana bread. We go back to the counter to process my refund with my coffee in hand. I am now feeling antsy as I have to get back to work and she clearly hasn't started my banana bread.I decide to check out the 2 big signs that state 50% off seasonal merch to spend my time while I wait. After the third time I walk back to the counter with a cup that is beside the sign and am told that one is not on sale, I ask again for clarification. Person #1 may have said something but she is literally whispering and I need her to make my banana bread as I am now late for work.I go back to the merch counter where a lady and her daughter are going to do the same thing I did and I let them know. They agree at the silliness of the signage. I move one sale sign to where the actual merch is. Mercedes stomps around the corner, heaves in front of the lady who is now cringing and grabs the sale sign huffing it back to behind the counter.I take my hopefully discounted cup up to the till to have the coffee whisperer let me know some may be on sale but scanning them won't show the sale price. I'm done. I will never go back to this Starbucks when I can get super friendly and great customer service steps away at 2 locations on 152nd.Hoping the manager or owner reads this and ups the training.

I’m usually pretty patient with Starbucks, but the employees here seem extra incompetent. Routinely takes 15-20 mins after ordering to get just a coffee. Avoid at all costs

Stopped to grab a coffee to go yesterday morning (October 12th) at 6:10 AM and the front door was locked. Note: This Starbucks location opens at 6:00 AM weekdays which is posted at the entrance.I saw that there were 2 employees behind the counter working. I thought maybe they had just forgot to unlock the door. One of them noticed me and just shook their head (as in no) at me. I waited a couple more minutes and one of them glanced at me and just put their head back down. So rude!I’m not sure what was going on so I just left. It was an awful experience, and as I’m typing this I still have a knot in my gut. :(
Staff at this location is so wonderful and organized. We were coming through town for a pit stop and had such a nice visit. NEBULA the barista made our stop so special and made us feel welcome as queer patrons. Thank you for making our day!

The supervisor with the colourful hair was sitting down with a female (possible employee) barking orders and asking the girl if she wanted him to fire another employee, being a complete a$$ to the other two employees. Good for the one girl for sticking up for yourself after he yelled at you for the third time to remake his table mates drink when she was not happy with it, again.

Barista Panam was very friendly and nice, I always get the Vsc but she recommended to try salted caramel cold foam which is now one of my favourite cold foam to get. Thanks for introducing me to such a good drink. And she is so friendly and always smiling and I observed her as I was enjoying my drink she was super friendly to every customer that came for a drink. Thank you Panam.
