The customer service refused rudely to give me a glass of water. I demanded to be charged for it, but the manager named Emily told me that She has no option to charge and she can’t give a glass of water because of the policy,,,. Really Shame on the Store owner that created a such stressful, and untrusting condition that employees so scared to give away a glass of water without registering the paper cup.

Its a hit or miss with this location, sometimes the order is exactly what you ordered and sometimes its the opposite.
Could definitely get better.
Happy with the staff and the beverages here just like all of the starbucks I've been to.

I ordered an iced London Fog and politely asked if they sold it iced. The barista, Alyssa (i asked the girl at the window for her name, she mentioned she did not take my order and it was another barista named Alyssa) responded that yes, they do but that it takes six to seven minutes to make. She then told me I would either need to drive around again or come inside the store if I wanted it. I understand that an iced London Fog requires steeping the tea and may take longer than other beverages. That part makes sense. What didn’t make sense was being told I had to leave the drive thru line entirely because of it. I’ve ordered iced London Fogs multiple times at the Starbucks Coquitlam location and have never once been told to pull around or come inside. It felt inconsistent and inconvenient compared to my past experiences. The way it was communicated also came across as dismissive rather than solution oriented. Instead of offering a helpful alternative or explaining the policy clearly, it felt like I was being told the drink was too inconvenient to make in the drivethru.
Starbucks is known for customer service and consistency, and this experience didn’t reflect that. I left feeling frustrated and confused about why policies seem to vary so much from location to location. I ordered a different drink instead (not at all what I wanted) and Will not be coming back to this location.

I tried to order just ice with chocolate cream foam on top for my child, but they told me very bluntly that they couldn’t do it. I’ve ordered it like that at other locations before, so I assumed it would be the same. The way the staff member spoke to me felt quite rude and made me uncomfortable.

I ordered the Iced Brown Sugar Cream Protein Matcha, but it felt like the staff didn’t even know what the drink was. It was made very carelessly and ended up tasting like plain milk with matcha. There was no brown sugar cream or protein presence at all. Very disappointing experience.
Great customer service from Van (hope I got her name right!). She made my daughter’s day 😊

One of their colleagues, Beatriz, did a fantastic job with multiple complex customisations, she was too good on her job, very positive approach and aiming for 6 stars service everytime, never disappointing

Rude behaviour
Nice place with limited parking. This place is much better during summer with outside seating area . Closer to Guilford mall.
