This is the worst Starbucks I have ever been too.
I ordered a vanilla latte and birthday cake bite. She gave me my latte but not my birthday cake bite and disappeared. I waited for almost 5 more minutes and FINALLY she walks by leans over and picks it up off the counter and hands it to me. It was sitting there the whole time she just chose to ignore me and force me to wait. I feel like this person was racist and to top it off its the worst burnt latte I've ever heard. Bad experience and wasted $9!

Dear Starbucks Management,
I’m writing to express my deep disappointment with the experience I had at your store today. As a loyal customer who visits twice a day — both in the morning and at night — I was shocked by the unprofessional and rude behavior of one of your employees.
It’s disheartening to be treated with such disrespect, especially as a regular customer who has supported your business consistently. I truly hope that Emily, the store manager, will take this matter seriously and ensure that all staff are properly trained in providing respectful and professional customer service.
When leadership fails to set a strong example, it often reflects in how employees treat customers. I hope this feedback helps bring about positive change.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Starbucks today. The staff member who served me was extremely rude and disrespectful, showing a lack of basic customer service and respect. I hope management takes this feedback seriously.

This is exactly why this location has so many bad reviews — because they hire people like this. The way I was treated today was beyond rude and completely unacceptable. They do not deserve to wear the Starbucks name. I am very well-known on social media, and if the owner or management doesn’t take immediate action, I will make a public video about this location. I have millions of followers, and the world will see how this place truly treats its customers.

Service was awesome, everything was usually ok at this location. But as I was standing at the very left side of the cafe (I was watching this barista make my drink) another lady an Asian blonde girl I think her name was alisha or something she was grabbing I’m guessing milk for the other worker and she opened it and stuck her fingers inside the spout. I was absolutely disgusted because she did that in front of me. My drink went straight into the garbage. It was just an Americano but even then.

This by far is the best Starbucks I have been in the team is soo friendly and the service is amazing .
I met this lady while waiting for my drink and she ordered something thing that sounded delicious and I asked her what it is and she offered me her drink and said try it . She was super sweet I was like wait what then I asked the worker and she said oh that’s our district manager sandy . I was soo thankful .
You don’t see a lot of this so I just wanted to share this . All is takes is a little kindness to make someone’s day

I ordered my drink from drive thru very hard because one Asian guy working who speak very badly and try to be oversmart with rapidly saying anything else? When I reached to the window for my drink he didn't know how to pass the drink and hold my cup from the top and didn't even cut his nails omg that's insane and I refuse to accept that drink 😢 please Sb take care of this please I am regular customer not happened anytime but this time very disappointed 😔

Dear Starbucks Management,

I am writing to express my significant disappointment regarding the cleanliness and lack of hygiene standards at your Starbucks establishment located on 152 St and 102 Ave in Guildford.
.
During my recent visit, the overall appearance of the store was uninviting due to a clear lack of cleanliness. More critically, the men's restroom was in an unacceptable state: there was no toilet paper, discarded papers littered the floor, and two empty rolls remained in the dispenser, indicating a lack of regular checks.

When I requested toilet paper, a staff member brought a roll into the men's room but placed it on the handicap assist bar instead of the dispenser, and instructed me to unwrap it myself before leaving. This level of service and attention to basic hygiene is frankly unacceptable.

This isn't an isolated incident; I've encountered similar issues at Starbucks before. While profitability is undoubtedly important, hygiene and customer comfort should be paramount. The fact that empty rolls were present suggests a severe oversight in routine restroom maintenance. Given the prices charged for your products, customers expect and deserve a clean and fully stocked facility. I took some pictures this particular time as a proof for my comments.

Unfortunately, this experience has led my partner and I to conclude that we will no longer be patronizing Starbucks.
