Nice place with limited parking. This place is much better during summer with outside seating area . Closer to Guilford mall.

Why did I order a drink at 7:30am and didn't leave until 8am . I order one drink and a croissant. Like what!? no sorry nothing. šŸ˜”šŸ˜’ There was like 7 of them. I got there when it was empty. A guy who got there ordered in line got his drink before me. I know you have the drive thru to deal with but come on.

I went to the drive thru today at 10:15am and the guy at the window was extremely kind and full of energy! Truly provided excellent customer service! Haven’t experienced nice service at a drive thru like this in so long. Keep up the great work!

This starbucks is one of my favourite locations! They accidentally gave my girlfriend oat milk instead of almond milk one time, but other than that, the experience has always been amazing. The drive-through line is fast, the service is great, and the staff are always friendly and professional. The workers here are very well put together and have such nice mannerisms. We visited yesterday and the payment went straight through without even asking for a tip, which we thought was sweet. Overall, I love this location and would definitely recommend it. Thank you to the team for always providing a positive experience!

Have experienced terrible wait times… like literally waiting 15-20min to get a simple coffee because they obviously prioritize the drive thru over the customers who are in the store. Totally unacceptable wait times for such a simple coffee.

I stop by this location to grab a coffee every once in awhile and today I witnessed a horrific customer interaction while seated inside. Around 1pm today, an Asian male customer brought back a drink from outside saying that his coworker ordered his drink but was wrong. The barista (I believe her name was Alyssa?) apologized saying that there must have been miscommunication and offered to remake the drink that he was showing on his phone. Another barista came over and confirmed that his coworker indeed ordered the drink he was holding, but the barista still offered to remake the drink yet he began to criticize her. A third barista (Beatriz?) stepped in to ask him to be respectful, but he continued to raise his voice.

What made many of us who were watching this interaction upset was that the first barista repeatedly offered to remake the drink the way that the customer wanted, but he continued to be outrageously rude, accusing and namecalling the barista. Eventually the customer agreed to get his drink remade, but it was evident that he was giving unpleasant looks while waiting. Later, the first and third barista came around to apologize for the disturbance, which we found very admirable.

Although I do not typically post reviews, it appears as though the customer has already made a post below at an attempt to further criticize the baristas. It would be nice to see Starbucks as a company set some policies to protect their employees in place to avoid serving unpleasant customers and such disturbances.

Today, I witnessed an unpleasant interaction between a blonde Asian staff member wearing a black apron (name tag said Alyssa) and a male customer. Honestly, I’m not surprised she received a complaint — just take a look at the other 1-star reviews.

What’s worse is that the staff didn’t seem to care at all about the mistake. Instead of apologizing or trying to fix the issue, Alyssa confronted the customer and argued back, telling him to ā€œmake sure next timeā€ā€” which felt extremely dismissive. All this did was waste more of the customer’s time and make the situation worse.As the conversation escalated, the customer raised his voice out of frustration, and the whole store fell into an awkward silence. It was uncomfortable to witness, and it clearly could have been avoided with better service and communication.

This isn’t the first time I’ve seen or personally experienced order issues here. And frankly, Alyssa often rolls her eyes at customers and lacks even the most basic sense of customer service. It’s disappointing, especially in a service-based environment.

The management really needs to take these repeated complaints seriously and provide proper training. Customers come here to enjoy their experience — not to be ignored or disrespected.

I come here often. This location is always bright and welcoming!

Today I witnessed a situation where a rude, disrespectful customer started yelling at staff because his coworker ordered his drink incorrectly. Even though the customer was completely out of line, Alyssa handled the situation with incredible professionalism and empathy. She stayed calm, firm, and focused on resolving the issue while maintaining her composure. Throughout the encounter her communication skills were amazing.

Beatriz also stepped in to support her, helping to de-escalate the situation. Afterwards, they even checked in with other customers (including myself) to make sure everyone was okay. I was talking to another customer and we were both impressed with how they handled the situation.

Both Alyssa and Beatriz turned a stressful moment into a great example of customer service. I just wanted to recognize them for doing a great job today.

Beautiful location. Coming on a weekend day, you get a nice cup of coffee, sitting down and look at the road peacefully. Very nice and chill, they have the music in and out which is incredibly relaxing. Lovely place, just a bit tight on parking, that’s the only thing

I am writing to express my disappointment in my order I received this morning. I ordered a grande brown sugar oat Americano, although I only received a tall size amount. I haven’t even had a sip and I have an unacceptable amount of room. I even customized my order and DID NOT select ā€œadd roomā€. I should not have to stop and take off my lid to ensure the drink was filled accordingly but am afraid I’ll have to start. As a barista myself I am truly disappointed and disgusted.

Returned to this location after having a very poor experience last year and they have improved greatly. Went through the drive thru with my kids and Alyssa who served us was very patient and attentive. Thank you for being extra kind to the kids. They loved the drawings on their cups. We stopped coming to this location since our poor experience during our last visit, but we will be coming by again. Thank you Starbucks.

Lady with dark curly hair assisting us in the drive thru was very rude. I was waiting to pay but she was busy chatting with another lady beside her. I waved to get her attention but she rolled her eyes and made a face at the other lady. Ruined our day.
