The new East Indian employee at this location is extremely rude, as soon as I got to the drive thru window she was giving me attitude. She “forgot” to make my drink and had me waiting for 20 minutes at the window before I had to knock myself on the window and get her attention. She told me a blatant lie that there was a “system error” and that’s why she didn’t make my drink, no apology or anything she just tried to argue with me. Please don’t hire people like this and make it into another Tim Hortons. I used to be a regular here but I never came back after this incident

It was strange that it was the first time I went in to buy something, and after waiting, it became clear to me that my coffee was ready at the end of the place, but the service employee did not bother to tell me, even though I was standing in front of her. The coffee was good and Brownie was very very good

I've been to many Starbucks locations in the lower mainland and this location has by far the worst customer service and slowest drive-thru. It took the lady 15 minutes to take my order at the drive-thru speaker phone when there was only 3-4 cars in front of me that have already ordered. Are they not aware of the limited lot space in that area? The Starbucks at Pacific Link has a busier drive-thru and longer lineups than this location and yet they manage to get orders out reasonably quick...
**EDIT - 09/2024** I'm changing my rating to 4 stars from 1 star now because I started visiting this location again recently and have noticed a change in their hiring. So I think it's only fair I update my rating to provide future customers my latest feedback regarding this location.
They are starting to employ workers that provide better customer service and have been picking up the slack on the drive thru. The unpleasant workers I've encountered here over 2-3 years ago no longer work here.

Hard to get in and out of the parking/drive thru because of the tight space. Thus the 4/5 stars.
Drive thru speakers work and it seems like they have good quality headsets since I dont have difficulty in getting my order across.
A good tip is to use the Starbucks app to order your drink ahead of time (especially if there are lots of customizations) so you wont have difficulty in saying everything when its your turn to order. Just mention that its for a mobile order and say your name. You can pick up bia drive thru or in-store.
The city should re-evaluate allowing establishments with drive thru services in tight spaces.
Parking: Tight space. Difficult to get in and out especially during busy hours.

Drive thru was fairly quick. First time trying the apple crisp oat macchiatos and it did not disappoint! Unfortunately they ran out of raccoon cake pops so I settled on a Fox sugar cookie which I saved for dessert… they’re not just for kids! I like how both items were not overly sweet.
