I went to the drive thru today at 10:15am and the guy at the window was extremely kind and full of energy! Truly provided excellent customer service! Haven’t experienced nice service at a drive thru like this in so long. Keep up the great work!
This starbucks is one of my favourite locations! They accidentally gave my girlfriend oat milk instead of almond milk one time, but other than that, the experience has always been amazing. The drive-through line is fast, the service is great, and the staff are always friendly and professional. The workers here are very well put together and have such nice mannerisms. I stop by this location to grab a coffee every once in awhile and today I witnessed a horrific customer interaction while seated inside. Around 1pm today, an Asian male customer brought back a drink from outside saying that his coworker ordered his drink but was wrong. The barista (I believe her name was Alyssa?) apologized saying that there must have been miscommunication and offered to remake the drink that he was showing on his phone.
