By far the slooowest Starbucks that I ever visit.. even when they don’t appear very busy. Without fail, every time. & don’t even consider their drive thru, unless you have a ton of time to wait.

The staff are mostly professional and friendly but I cannot say the same for the clients. Mostly obnoxious teenagers who come in at odd hours of the day and clearly need attention because they air out their dirty laundry in front of everyone. This is not a high-school cafeteria so go home and do your math homework.

This location is always disappointing. Huge lineups every time, the drive-thru is painfully slow, and they constantly run out of cold brew and sweet cream. No matter when I come, the wait is long and the service is inefficient. Definitely the worst Starbucks experience in the area.

I go into this location the odd time, tonight I stood waiting for a cashier for 5 minutes or longer Noone else in line there were 4 employees nvr looked my way , the one girl was talking to another employee dancing doing nothing , finally noticed me, then I waiting another 10 min for my order , one drink then they put it down nvr said my name or anything, I told the one girl the customer service is not good all she said was sorry 6 times. Well sorry I may not b back .
