I usually avoid writing reviews because I understand that everyone has their own struggles, and I never feel compelled to judge. But this old lady Nancy at Starbucks? Beyond rude. She’s so miserable with her life, i genuinely feel so so sorry for you. So, I pull up to the drive-thru window, parked a little far but totally reachable if she had just extended the payment thing. Instead, she kept it out of reach on purpose, making me stretch for it, even pulling it back to make it harder. I ended up having to park closer, and when I finally paid, she muttered ( “I wish everyone parked this close every time”) stuff under her breath. If you’re going to throw shade, at least say it to my face? Starbucks please do better I’m always here I adore your people so much your people are always so kind and passionate and lovely. I’m not even bothered for myself; I’m just genuinely curious why she seems so done with her life. Like, you’re getting older—maybe use these years to live your best life and vibe with people instead of being so miserable. If you put as much energy into being kind as you do being rude, you’d probably enjoy your job more.☺️

Visited the Panorama drive-thru on Nov 14th, and the employee was extremely rude. She was in her 50's and was very racist. She curtly stated my drink couldn’t be made without ice due to policy, and later, she refused to hand me the drink, despite being able to take payment and pass a straw. I’m a regular here, and this treatment was disappointing and unprofessional.

For such overpriced drinks, you think they'd make it properly. Hot chocolate tasted like barely luke warm milk, was not thick, didn't taste mixed. Other locations near by that are better.

I am a regular at this starbucks and often come in right before closing. Nancy and Declan specifically go above and beyond to talk me and remember my drinks! Tbh im shocked at some of the reviews on her saying anything different because my experience with nancy has always been great!
The manager aisha also recommended a customized idea for my drink that i reluctantly tried and now its my go to!

I have had the pleasure of visiting Starbucks many times, but what truly sets this location apart is the incredible leadership and service provided by Shayaan, the supervisor. His dedication, passion, and professionalism shine through in every interaction. Whether it's a simple coffee order or a more complex request, Shayaan handles everything with a positive attitude, making each visit feel personal and special.
His attention to detail, ability to manage a busy store with ease, and the way he makes customers feel like family is beyond impressive. It's not just about making great coffee, Shayaan brings an energy that makes you want to return again and again.
I genuinely believe he deserves a raise or a promotion, as his leadership has made this Starbucks a standout location. If Starbucks doesn't recognize his worth, someone else will, and frankly, I'd be tempted to steal him for my own team! A shoutout to this amazing branch. All the staff are friendly and welcoming. I always feel cozy and happy when I’m at thus branch, working there or takeout. A special mention of Barista Faith who works there and catered to my mother’s needs of an iced cappuccino in the exact way she wanted it, going above and beyond. Thank you, Faith for understanding her emotionally and putting your heart into it
I went to check out the place as I was looking to change my coffee venue but @ close to $5 for an americano I was stunned especially being a senior it was out of my budget. So I left and went to Tim’s across from panorama,s.

They passed a customer my drink ( she walked out came back saying it’s not hers) barista had no problem remaking her drink but wanted to pass me my drink that had already left the store. Without even saying she will remake it. Unsanitary and will be reporting AVOID. Unless u want someone drinking a sip without u knowing ??
