Really upsetting experience today. Went through the drive thru and got an iced coffee, took a sip and there was clearly some sort of cleaner or soap. Totally unacceptable that this was able to happen.

Over the past three weeks, I’ve encountered Imara on three separate visits, and each time her rude and condescending demeanor has been disappointing. This doesn’t align with the welcoming community Starbucks aims to foster. I hope management can address this to restore the positive experience customers expect.

There is a worker there named Pita, and he is probably one of the best people I’ve ever met. He was so funny and was honestly a high light of my day. I asked for extra caramel and he went above and beyond!!

I went to this location today and the food was nice but the staff was super loud especially Katrina she was super loud could not focus on studying they did not stop laughing and talking the whole time and it was super loud I go here usually but this time it was really bad. They should look out for the fact that customers come to study and do their work and it was not the appropriate environment to study and work.

i love coming to this starbucks on my way to work in the mornings. it was amazing when the barista, monica, literally recognized me and punched in my order without me having to say anything. THATS TOP TIER CUSTOMER SERVICE !! and i had an amazing conversation with ruth at the window before she handed me my drink and took off. don’t listen to any of these bad reviews. most of them are about things the store itself cannot control, such as the ‘obnoxious teenagers’ that come to chat or the issue about single-use plastic 😂😂😂. this location is by far my absolute favourite 😋

the atmosphere was nice and the speed of service was great! but i think the lady with the star tattoos on her arm made my drink and there was a milk lid in my cup :(
By far the slooowest Starbucks that I ever visit.. even when they don’t appear very busy. Without fail, every time. & don’t even consider their drive thru, unless you have a ton of time to wait.

The staff are mostly professional and friendly but I cannot say the same for the clients. Mostly obnoxious teenagers who come in at odd hours of the day and clearly need attention because they air out their dirty laundry in front of everyone. This is not a high-school cafeteria so go home and do your math homework.

This location is always disappointing. Huge lineups every time, the drive-thru is painfully slow, and they constantly run out of cold brew and sweet cream. No matter when I come, the wait is long and the service is inefficient. Definitely the worst Starbucks experience in the area.
