Perhaps I am spoiled with Starbucks in PVR. Found 6 people behind the counter so service was good. Acoustic’s in the restaurant seating area was not very good. Our drinks could have been served at a hotter temperature. Next time we would drive by this location for another.

So many people working and still order takes forever. I would recommend ordering ahead at this location because because ordering in person you get pushed back behind app orders it seems. Nothing more frustrating than seeing orders ahead of you coming with no one to pick them up. Ddo not recommend ordering in store.

I got a pumpkin spice latte today through the drive through and got home and there was a fly in it. Very disappointing I lost the cost of it because clearly I can't drink it. Would be nice to be given a gift card for the loss. Obviously it wasn't done on purpose and thr service here is always top notch. I'm just disappointed I paid for a venti latte I couldn't enjoy. Hopefully some type of corrective action can be put in place so this doesn't happen again.

This Starbucks isawesome! I went in to get agift card for my mom &they had none left. But thelady Nancy working thecounter seen my stress &cared looked around &found one. I was so gratefulto her. The other ladies are super helpful aswell! I would rather travel a bit further for this kind of service. My favourite Starbucks location!

This is my go to neighborhood Starbucks. Love the staff always so friendly and welcoming. Nancy who works evenings is always awesome and a friendly face to see, Juliet is a sweetheart and always chatty, Zhuunyn makes the best drinks and wears a smile always. I could go on…. This is my favourite Starbucks location. The drinks here are great and the service is even better. It hasn't been completely perfect, but the way the employees have handled my own complaints in the past was top-notch, and I appreciate that.

I love coming to this Starbucks because my favorite barista Zayoon (sorry if I butchered the spelling) works the drive through. They are THE NICEST barista I have ever encountered, ever.Zayoon is always cheerful and smiling, and I always leave the drive through feeling happier after every encounter.Thank you Zayoon, for the joy you bring every morning :)

Nancy was extremely rude and had an attitude during our whole interaction. I've worked at Starbucks before, and I know this is not the level of customer service they expect partners to have. I thought perhaps she was having a bad day, but when I saw the reviews left on here, I felt like I had to say something. The store manager or shift supervisor needs to coach her on how to treat customers. Unexceptable.
