Always a lovely visit, I come here about once a week with my daughter and the staff is always so friendly and kind to both of us. I'm usually greeted by name when I walk in (which is impressive!) and the staff are always so kind even when I have a bunch of annoying substitutions and requests. The gentleman working the till this morning (I believe his name tag maybe said Daniel? I should have paid more attention! I was in at around 10:45) was so wonderful, and always makes my weekend visits amazing, and i hope he is recognized for his excellent 5 star service 🌟

The staff here are consistently amazing. My husband and I go here every morning for coffee, and they are always working hard. I’m amazed they have such consistently good attitudes with the number of rude people I’ve seen them have to deal with.

When u order 7 dollars drink without ice and the clowns at this location either leave your cup quarter empty or they fill it with water completely completely. Unacceptable..

I have nothing against the staff, I think that theyvare great and deserve a raise.
However, Starbucks is rapidly becoming a joke and way too greedy. Look at the picture!!!
I grabbed this drink to quench my thirst on a hot day. I grabbed it, had a sip, got in my truck and a couple of sips later there was only ice left. What a disappointment. I'm still pissed!!!
Forget Starbucks everyone. Make you you ask for NO ICE so that you can actually get some liquid 🤬🤬🤬🤬

Always one bad staff to ruin it for the rest.Everyone is so nice friendly service is fast and accurate. So I am not a Starbucks person but my freind is so I get a special coffee for them time to time. The first time I go there .the tall angry woman is working and I get a huge negative energy...but I tell myself everyone has a bad day so let it go. Today was in again after multiple great experiences there from fantastic staff. I asked a question about my change and being early I made a mistake and apologized. But my question was greeted with a very loud deliberately accusing ...sigh. I am old so maybe the tall angry woman does not like old people. .or maybe all of us are just beneath her. On behalf of all old people I would like to apologize for not living up to her standards. I said bless you to the person who sneezed and repeatedly thanked my Barista and even said "I love you". I also sighed very heavy sighs...repeatedly ...cause I guess I just wanted to fit in. I mean when you pay $6.05 for a Grande....which is a small in any other coffee shop you can be a bit silly...you paid for that right. I guess angry Lady is the manager so maybe the promotion went to her head. If someone gets a chance....could they remind her....old people have lots of time for Google Reviews. Happy Holidays to the rest of the awesome staff who do a great job and are so sweet and nice....sorry again ..but this woman should not be in the service industry.

I ordered a charcuterie snack box on door dash, and received a box with their trail mix and brown apples that have already started going bad! do not visit this location south point is much better service!
