Walked in and not a single person in line. Waited 3 minutes and was not even acknowledged. No Hi or good morning nothing. I waked out and found somewhere else. Starbucks has always wanted to be that “third place” but definitely lack everything to be anything a coffee shop.

I love Starbucks but this is one of the worst locations. Cold drinks are usually very diluted no matter what I order on most days. Occasionally it’s okay. But the service is also subpar. No one cleans the tables and the staffs are not friendly.

NEVER GO HERE- I ordered two grande pick drinks and I had to wat 30 minutes to receive. Not only that drink tasted watery and I ordered light ice and got full on ice in the cup.
That was the worst place I’ve ever visited, my venti was less than grande, other order took more than half an hour. I’ll never visit there again. No star!!

Stopped by the Starbucks in Guildford Mall and had such a great experience! I ordered a matcha drink and Lina surprised me with a customized matcha that was absolutely delicious. She was super friendly, welcoming, and really went the extra mile to make sure everything was just right. Great service and great drinks, I’ll definitely be coming back!
