The service at this store was extremely disappointing. While I was waiting in line, the baristas were busy chatting and gossiping instead of paying attention to orders. They completely skipped my turn and prioritized orders that were placed after mine. When I approached the cashier to address the issue, she falsely claimed that there were other orders ahead of mine, which was not true. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and tarnishes the reputation of the Starbucks brand.
A big zero to that cashier. FYI, I deeply regret tipping her.

Cheese Danish was good. I didn't see the cheese danish on the menu and nothing was in the display case, but I came near closing. The whole time spent there was quicker than I expected including toasting two danishes.

One time I used to like Starbucks for coffee but I didn't like the coffee cause was too strong til my youngest daughter order Fraps drink and order me one omg its fantastic Fraps I love it especially caramel crunch frap but like the other kind of Fraps lol

10174 152nd street is the best! Lovely, friendly atmosphere, full of laughter, quick service, beaming smiles. They seem to know all customers and what they drink, and all customers seem to know all staff members. Bravo!!! Jack

Frap was already half melted when I got it immediately and the employee donāt even want to put the badly designed lids on drinks thatās hard to lock in place. Starbucks also has really gone downhill over the years with barely any good offers.

This Starbucks shatters my soul. It has to be not only the worst Starbucks location in the lower mainland, but the worst location period to get a coffee. Every time I go to this location, I come out feeling more depressed, angry, sad and hopeless. The hiring requirement for this location seems to be a combination of an IQ of 70, an IDGAF attitude and an ability to move at a glacierās pace. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. 1 star is far too generous.

Good location for a quick drinkThe barista helped pick out a good drink. They put a lot of ice in the cold drinks, which is fair and expected. Easier to stick to lattes or hot chocolate
