Worst customer service. Ruined my day. I asked for extra sugar and server got mad that why didnt i tell the cashier.

Recently, my friend and I visited this outlet after many years, though I live close by for the past 20 years, and this outlet stood out distinctly for its extremely deteriorated and poor grades in all departments! I remember the day it was opened and my frequent visits thereafter for its sheer highest standard of service levels and amazing range of food and beverages! After that, for some reasons, I did not go for many years. Now, during this visit, I found the picture is completely the opposite! Every staff was indifferent and quite rude! None of them wore the ubiquitous name badge such industry necessarily calls for and is proud of! Initially, we were trying to decide what we would have and exploring the items on display. Once we were ready to order, we were told one item we were looking for was out of stock. There was no display card showing either ‘out of stock’ or ‘sold out’ indicating the laziness of the staff. We ordered alternative items and finalized our beverages dealing all this time with an untrained new employee who was hardly being helped by other staff, leaving her to fight her own battle, thus endangering the customer service! It reflected clearly lack of a proper ‘after-recruitment’ induction program and after posting in the outlet, lack of ‘on the job’ coaching. Obviously, as she was new, she didn’t offer to give us the proof of purchase. While we were waiting to get our orders fulfilled, we noticed the cream and sugar were now kept inside under their control which is okay as days are bad now! There was no concern or smile on anyone’s face in the entire process of serving us and for that matter serving anybody! Then came the real reasons for our frustration. Coffee served to us was cold and not hot, making it unenjoyable! Cream on the side was way more than we needed, resulting in wastage. We could see the food items were prepared and being given away to several people who ordered after us but ours never reached us. When we asked about ours, there was a counter question in an intimidating and flippant tone as to what we ordered. And now that wasn’t one question we as customers should be answering, they should be knowing it way better, not to talk of the complicated naming of the items hard to remember by we two senior citizens. Again, it took a little while before the items were delivered to us. My friend reminded them to give the receipt (attached in the picture here) and it was printed out and delivered to us in an abrupt manner with a rude body language, as if we were demanding something that we weren’t entitled to! It was a bitter experience all the way in all senses, but for somewhat okay food and that’s why they get a 3 star rating for food! Rest all minus 10! I made it a point to myself to visit Starbucks never again! NEVER AGAIN! Especially this outlet! There are real reasons as to why Tim Hortons is standing so strong as everyone like me who even occasionally wants to try Starbucks is driven back to Tim Hortons in hordes by Starbucks itself, thanks to their excellence! Way to go Starbucks! Your doomsday is not far ahead!

I had an amazing experience at Starbucks thanks to Simran. She went above and beyond to make sure my drink was exactly how I like it, even suggesting a few tweaks that made it even better. Her friendly demeanor and willingness to help stand out in the best way possible. Simran is truly an asset to the Starbucks team!

Store and other staff is very good except one partner Simran. She’s worst. When she was on bar she made my drink wrong and when I corrected her because I was watching her she got mad. Today I was ordering and she yelled at me. She embarrassed me, in front of all. I was kind to her the whole time. It’s not my first experience but has happened lots of times. She’s extremely rude and doesn’t have basic manners. They should definitely work on her or get rid of her because I wonder how these kind of people get hired at Starbucks where customer service is valued.

Very bad service ,I order a cup of ice coffee with no sugar ,the front desk girl did not ask my name and make me waiting a long long time without my order .I ask the coffee maker girl if a cup of coffee is for mine -ice coffee ,she is extremely unfriendly,only said no ,even did not ask me what I am waiting for .I come to this place many many times ,but today,the staff is very unfriendly and unprofessional .Bad service ever .
The best customer service. All the girls are really sweet to the customers and even though its always busy, they are never wrong with the orders.
