Been here twice and they got my order wrong both times. Both orders were grande americanos. The first time they made it iced for some reason. Second time they added cream when I specified for it to be black. Never coming back

I come to this place often Always asks for light ice coz of my teeth issues Everytime I gets full cup of ice Even though I always mention “ very light ice” I always corrects the brista But for how long I hv to keep correcting them Today the cup wasn’t even full with drink Let’s say 40 percent ice nd then drink wasn’t full

10:06 am .. Lady maria took my order . I asked to stir the vanilla latte well please. She said u can stir it byself which i fine. But after that she said something in her own language with other lady and started laughing.. made me so uncomfortable.. She has 10 year’s experience but look like she dun know how to react on floor ..Never come back ..

I have been to all of the local Starbucks in South Surrey, and this location is extremely consistent in producing a quality long pour Americano. I am not certain as to why this is not always consistent across the board at some of the other locations... Some say it is the machine or the Barista, etc. Even when this location updated their machines, they still produce an amazing long pour Americano - thank you, thank you! Julie, Maria, and Kevin are super!

Horrible. Every time we visit our order is wrong. Staff argues when you ask for a replacement drink (which I originally ordered). Walk outside the mall and a real Starbucks is right across the street.

Everytime the staff replies “machine/steamer” isn’t working so we can’t take your order.Not sure why Starbucks doesn’t fix it, it’s been an ongoing issue from long time now.Very disappointing.

Coffee was good as expected, great handy location. Staff wasn't friendly at all. I don't expect a happy and cheerful treatment but at least basic eye contact and a thank you or some sort of acknowledgement.

THE worst starbucks drink ever. I ALWAYS order strawberry acai with lemonade or dragon mango fruit with lemonade so i know how it takes like. I ordered dragon mango fruit with lemonade and the taste was so plain and I even saw the barrister putting the water. I asked him did you put water or lemonade and he said lemonade. I tried it again and it is impossible it came up with this taste with lemonade. So I asked him once again actually I even saw you put water and he ended up saying it is actually with water,,, and saying that i will just put a bit more lemonade ??♀️

So grateful they were open on Xmas day. The guy who took my order was quick and professional. And of course my drink was tasty.
Personally don't like their coffee
Clean location with a large spaced out indoor seating area.
Great coffee terrific staff
