I’ve had really great coffee at this location several times recently. Unlike other branches, they consistently maintained a well-balanced flavor, which is why I kept coming back.
However, today I ordered a caramel macchiato and ended up throwing it away. The store seemed busy, but the drink tasted like it was mostly milk — I honestly couldn’t tell if it was coffee or just watered-down milk. It was very disappointing and completely ruined my appetite.
I don’t think I’ll be returning anytime soon.

This is, without a doubt, my favorite coffee shop. I call it my favorite because every single team member consistently goes above and beyond to make you feel genuinely welcomed and truly valued. Their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail create an atmosphere that turns a simple coffee run into a wonderful experience.
I have never left with my order without a smile. The positive energy, kindness, and dedication of the staff make my day better every time I visit. It’s rare to find a place where service feels this sincere and effortless. Thank you guys so much! You are absolutely amazing!

MARIA… the worker from here was very slow. She was not even wearing the hairnet and we got hair on our cups. She didn’t even smile with customers. The taste of all that we bought was very bad.. got one of our cold coffee a bit warmer.

My experiences at this Starbucks location time and time again have been terrible and now I am never support Starbucks again and continuing to redirect others to more ethical, better priced, better quality options. I have seen workers at this location harass and put their safety at risk with homeless people on Christmas Eve and Christmas 2025. Also as a regular customer who needed a cup of water I was denied because I would not make a purchase. As a long time customer of Starbucks and someone who collects rewards you would think I could have a cup of water when I’m dehydrated? But that is the Starbucks ethics. Never buy or support Starbucks, their drinks don’t compare to others, bland! Try Trees, Prado, ect if you want quality service and coffee near the Hub.

i came here twice this week, and had the best experiences ☺️ my sugar cookie oat latte is made perfect everytime, both times the barista taking my order has made a quick meaningful conversation 🥰 a cute message written on my cup, and don’t have to wait long at all! best starbucks ❤️

No place to sit down due to so many people loitering in the caffe. It is always like this. Today when we attempted to move a seat so we could sit down we were told to leave the seating arrangements the way they were. Nice, so much for customer service. Last time we'll be back. I rather support local cafes anyways.
