We bought coffee from you, and it was a complete disappointment. It’s tasteless, burnt, and has zero aroma. It honestly feels like your staff doesn’t know how to make coffee at all.
How long will this continue? When will you finally start making good coffee?
It’s the same thing every time — you’re just wasting products and ruining customers’ experience.

I tried their caramel drink and it was so unworth of my money. I asked for extra drizzle and extra Caramel but it was not like that. I am disappointed. As you can see in the picture it looks like it was made with out care.

My family frequently visits this starbucks location and we appreciate the typical morning staff alot. They're very helpful and kind. Very rarely make any mistakes and always writes a kind note on the cups for us and others. There is a group of people that come in basically daily that are very kind and make this a comfortable place to be. There is limited seating inside although they do have outdoor seating but it really isn't covered. I love coming in the mornings.

The afternoon shift can often times be rude and careless however it is not all the staff just a select few. This is uncomfortable as they have their own conversations going and don't always address you even when approaching the till. This shift needs some training in welcoming and inclusive behaviours.

Overall it's a great place to come inside for a coffee but the drive thru is quite busy and small/tight there's also a crosswalk through the drive thru that most drivers don't respect unfortunately making it hard for mobility aid users and strollers to use.

This location is worth coming to in a small group and on the run. There are some amazing staff who go above and beyond. The downsides of the afternoon shift do not outweigh the positive experience of the morning shift just recommend going earlier if possible. Enjoy!

Would give this place a 0 if I could. I had one of the worst experiences at this Starbucks today. The drive-thru was extremely small and narrow, making it hard to get through. When I finally got my order, my grilled cheese looked like it had been bitten, and my coffee was so watery — honestly one of the worst coffees I’ve ever had. To make things worse, the staff were very rude and unprofessional. I’m really disappointed and won’t be coming back to this location. Please train your employees better.

Starbucks is Starbucks, let's be honest. However, I really enjoy coming here for the misses. The gf likes to add pumps of this and add that, sometimes at different Starbucks, you can feel the eye roll over the drive thru 😂 but here, it's like they're prepared for it. There was a gentleman there who has served me a couple times. I had to physically hand him a tip just for the conversation. You don't get service like that anymore. Great team building to the management 👌

You know when someone’s kindness just feels genuine? That was her. I’ve always been a black coffee girl, but my gym buddy got me hooked on the caramel macchiato 🫣 and now these new protein drinks are our pre-workout fave. I wanted to make mine a bit healthier, and she was so patient, kind, and helpful with every little change. Her warmth and patience completely made my day. Starbucks is lucky to have you Jess

Ordered online through the app and order was showing to be ready by 1135-1145 so we just parked in the Accessible spot as we arrived at 11:47 thought it will be quick one minute thing. The staff member JAYDA informed to move the car and I told her I’m just picking up order and my husband is in the car he will move but at first they delayed my order plus she was such a racist and spoke very rudely. I understood and moved but there’s a nice way to say or ask something. I hope I never visit this site. This is first time i have experienced such a bad service in Starbucks. The way of approaching and asking something was really rude and inappropriate. Hope she gain some sense of respect in future and learn how to talk.
