Ordered online through the app and order was showing to be ready by 1135-1145 so we just parked in the Accessible spot as we arrived at 11:47 thought it will be quick one minute thing. The staff member JAYDA informed to move the car and I told her I’m just picking up order and my husband is in the car he will move but at first they delayed my order plus she was such a racist and spoke very rudely. I understood and moved but there’s a nice way to say or ask something. I hope I never visit this site. This is first time i have experienced such a bad service in Starbucks. The way of approaching and asking something was really rude and inappropriate. Hope she gain some sense of respect in future and learn how to talk.

Very bad service . We got two chai latte with no water. What they gave us was just milk and very less chai syrup . It doesn’t taste like chai . Overall wastage of time .

Come here almost everyday but it’s super annoying that staff have no sense of urgency when the drive thru line is super long…. I’ve waited 40 minutes before for 1 drink. Also it’s super frustrating that staff just draw a :) on every cup every single time. The policy is to write a message not draw a happy face. I’ve purchased drinks for office staff and it used to be nice to have a different message on each cup but since May, every day my cup just has a smiley face. So frustrating and annoying and has stopped me from coming to this location as much.

this location is busy but they make every effort to give you good service as quick s they can. All Baristas have great friendly attitudes ,always greet people as they come in . I dont find this at other locations. This is my preferred location always
